Welcome to the first edition of Property Preview for 2013. The twocatalogues produced last year appear to have been very wellreceived and successfully sold a number of properties.
Selling properties has been a very tough job in the past few yearsand the market in 2012 was the most challenging for decades.Despite the lethargic market I am pleased to report that the FisherGerman estate agency business continued to grow in terms ofmarket share, sales and offices which I am very proud of against thebackdrop of economic gloom. I hope my New Year optimism will notprove to be unfounded but we can certainly feel more activity inthe market at the middle and upper ends and purchasers andvendors seem more active and positive in outlook. I am suretransactional volume will rise this year and we look forward tohelping you realise your goals.
