Precision Clean Products
•Cleanroom Packaging – Class 4, KSC Level 100 materials
•Bags, pouches, rollstock
•Ultra clean applications utilizing “barefoot” virgin resin
•Class = particulate count inside the cleanroom
•Level = particulate count on the packaging

Precision Clean Products (2)
•Cleanroom bags – Class 4, KSC Level 100 materials
•Ultra clean applications utilizing “barefoot” virgin resin LDPE
•Bottom seal (tubing), sideweld, twin seal (lemo), side gusset, and bottom gusset
•Utilized for medical devices, surgical implants or tools (orthopedics), and semi-conductor (anti-static)
FLEXIBLE PACKAGING MATERIALS MANUFACTURING PRINTING CONVERTING
Precision Clean Products (3)
•Medical pouches – barrier, autoclavable, sterilizable
•Constructed from wide variety of laminations and coextrusions
•Header pouches for gamma, steam, ETO (ethylene oxide), hydrogen peroxide
•Chevron peel pouches for easy access and sterile presentation
FLEXIBLE PACKAGING MATERIALS MANUFACTURING PRINTING CONVERTING
Precision Clean Products (4)
•Barrier pouches – laminated structures meant to regulate the transfer of moisture, oxygen, or odor through the packaging
•Traditionally incorporates metalized films, EVOH/PVDC coex/coatings, or foil

Packaging Requirements & Questions
•Is there an existing spec sheet? – the master document that lists all aspects of the packaging being discussed: structure, barrier, dimensions, unwind, core size, etc.
•Dimensions? – OD (outside dimension) or ID (inside dimension)
•What barrier does your product need? – the end user should dictate the type of barrier necessary to preserve their products integrity. Each product, food or otherwise, will require different OTR/MVTR levels to ensure its longevity.
•Gauge – the thickness of the film which will affect the tear and burst strength of the packaging.
•Samples – important to verify that you are quoting exactly what they are buying, as well as to verify the information they currently have on this product.
THANK YOUPlease contact me with any questions or concerns you may have! We
