FISH “FAJITAS”

A mouthwatering meal that will satisfy all your senses

Cut sea bream fillets to chunks. Mix with fajita seasoning in a bowl. Set aside.

Add oil to the pan and sauté the sea-soned fish until cooked through, 2–3 minutes. Use the lettuce leaves as “tor-tillas” and fill them with the veggie mix-ture and the fajita fish. Top with sour cream and lime wedges.

Heat oil in a saucepan over high heat. Sauté the onions and bell peppers for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside and keep warm under cover or foil.

Separate some of the fish, and season with salt (and pepper) only.

Serve over boiled rice, with the stir-fried onions and bell peppers, or with fresh veggies on the side.

This recipe works for all kinds of fish.
