What is Fisgard?
Fisgard is a tax-exempt Mortgage Investment
Corporation. We distribute 100% o our net proft to
investors in the orm o dividends and, since dividends
paid to investors are treated as expenses or tax
purposes, our company is not taxed. That means
superior returns or our investors.
Investors place cash and/or registered unds like RRSPs,
TFSAs or RESPs in our 5 or 1-year terms. We invest that
capital in mortgages secured by quality Canadian real
estate property. The mortgages produce cash ow, which
we pass on to you as dividends every quarter. You can
take your dividends in cash or income, or reinvest your
dividends so your money grows more quickly.

Builders Association. Hali is a member o the Editorial Board

surviving spouse to redeem the investment

by Canadian real estate property located
