    Fisgard is a tax-exempt Mortgage Investment

    Corporation. We distribute 100% o our net proft to

    investors in the orm o dividends and, since dividends

    paid to investors are treated as expenses or tax

    purposes, our company is not taxed. That means

    Investors place cash and/or registered unds like RRSPs,
