Standards: Correctly explain the following as it pertains to Maintaining Fiscal Readiness:
a. Definition of Pay and Allowances
b. The different Pay Forms and their uses
c. Differences between ATM, Debit, and Credit Cards
d. Benefits and Recoupment

Pay Per Drill
• Monthly Unit Training Assembly = MUTA
• One 4-hour training segment = Drill period
• MUTA4 = Weekend drill with four 4-hour training segments
• MUTA4 = Two full-duty days of pay
