2. This can be shown bycountries like India &Egypt, that are morethan 2000 years old and are poor. 3. On the other hand,Canada, Australia & NewZealand, that 150 yearsago were inexpressive, are today developedcountries and rich. 4. The difference betweenpoor & rich countriesdoes not reside in theavailability of itsnatural resources. 5. Japan has a limited territory: 80% mountainous and inadequate foragriculture & cattle raising but,it is the second largest economy in the world. The country is like an immensefloating factory which imports rawmaterial from the whole world andexports manufactured products. 6. Another example is Switzerland, whichdoes not plant cocoa but has the best chocolate of the world. In its smallterritory they raise animals and plantthe soil for only 4 months a year. Not enough, but are stil able toproduce dairy products of the best quality. It is a small country that portrays animage of security, order & labor, which in turn made it the safe-haven for the world. 7. Executives from richcountries who communicate with theircounterparts in poor countries show thatthere is no significantintellectual difference. 8. Race or skin color are also not important:immigrants labeled asbeing lazyin their countries of origin have become theproductive power in rich Western countries. 9. What then, is thedifference ?? 10. The difference, is the attitude of thepeople, framed insidethe years of their education & their culture. 11. On analyzing the behavior of the people in rich & developed countries, we find that the great majority follow thefollowing 9 principles intheir lives: 12. 1. Ethics, as a basic principle.2. Integrity.3. Responsibility.4. Respect of the law & rules.5. Respect of the rights of other citizens.6. Love for work.7. Strive to save & invest.8. The will for super action.9. Punctuality. 13. In poor countries, only a minority adhere to thesebasic principles in their daily life. 14. We are not poorbecause we lacknatural resources or because nature wascruel to us ... 15. We are poor because we lackattitude. We lack the will to comply with, and teach, thesefunctional principles of rich & developed societies !!! ------------------- The EndUse [ESC] to Exit
