Abbeydale Deception

4.1% A pale beer, made with fabulous Nelson Sauvin hops. Aromas of elderflower and grapes. Strong citrus flavours, especially grapefruit. Long lasting bitter finish. Very refreshing and packed full of flavour.

Beartown Ursa Minor

3.6% A pale gold refreshingly hoppy ale.

Brew CompanyAbyss

4.7% Dark walnut brown in colour with a slight burnt toffee flavour and background roast this beer is packed with sharp dry bitter flavours. The hops in this recipe provide the drinker with a grassy spicy floral aroma. Easy drinking!

Brew Company Eclipse Porter

4.7% A traditional heavy­bodied dark malty Porter. It has a thick mouth feel, a dry palate and a delicate toasted coffee grain finish.

Brew CompanySlaker

3.8% A light refreshing pale ale made with the finest pale malt and a touch of wheat malt which gives it a biscuity flavour.  Light lager hops produce fruity overtones coupled with a delicate hoppy aroma .

B&TDragon Slayer

4.5% A straw coloured beer, dry, malty and lightly hopped.

Buffy'sPolly's Folly

4.3% Packed with fresh flowery aromas that only American Mounthood hops can achieve. The more traditional English Fuggles and Golding hops add the required balance whilst the underlying caramel flavours are achieved using a blend of Marris Otter, crystal and roast malts.

5.5% A strong fruity flavour. Well balanced between malt & hops.

Milestone Colonial Stout

5.3% Deep copper coloured ale, with a rich hoppy aroma, full body, fruit and malt notes develop in the finish.  Brewed with three different malts and four different varieties of hops.

7.5% Imperial Roman Stout ­ an enormous, luscious and velvety stout. Bursting with dark, roasty flavour with an underlying vanilla richness.

3.3% A rich dark mild with bags of character from the lavish use of chocolate malt.

5.0% A deeply flavoured oat stout, one of the blackest beers around with a remarkable amount of flavour.

5.2% A red/brown, full bodied beer hoppy and bitter with a sweetness and roast malt flavour and a good strong finish.

TitanicLifeboat

4.0% Cast yourself adrift with this fruity and malty, red brown bittersweet beer.  It has a serene caramel character and the finish is dry and fruity.

TitanicWhite Star

4.8% A light refreshing distinctively hoppy beer with a freshness that belies its strength, so easy to drink it will fool all but the crustiest of sea dogs.

TringLittle Miss Muffet

4.5% Extremely refreshing, straw­coloured bitter defined by a bounty of bitterness and late hop aroma conveyed by American hops. Very fruity!

TringRoyal Poacher

4.1% Burnished gold, medium bodied beer singularly hopped with First Gold. The result is an exremely drinkable bitter with hop notes similar to that for Goldings, but with more fruity notes and citrus flavours, in particular orange.

ValeBest Bitter

3.7% Light copper hoppy bitter.  Heavily hopped with traditional varieties producing a thirst quenching beer with pronounced and pleasant hop aroma.

Winter'sAurora Borealis

3.4 Golden amber coloured.  Full flavoured bitter with malty toffee flavour, sweet citrus aroma and well balanced bitterness.

4.5 Black, full bodied and can be sweet. Brewed using pale malt, crystal malt, chocolate malt, and roasted barley, with mostly Fuggles hops and a few Goldings.

Earl SohamAlbert Ale

4.2 Slightly darker than light with a softer Fuggles hop character and a hint of sweet. Brewed using pale malt, crystal malt, and black malt, and only Fuggles hops

Cliff QuayBlack Jack Porter

4.2 Aniseed flavoured porter, brewed with local Suffolk hops, lots of roasted barley and black malts and then a heavy dose of star anise. Love it or loathe it ­ it's very different.

Cliff QuayTolly Roger

4.2 Pale golden aromatic ale. Brewed with Suffolk first gold, styrian goldings and cascade hops.  A full malty flavour and round citrus marmalade bitterness. Very moreish.
