With due respect I SI Sk. Afiruddin, beg to submit before you that on 11.11.2020 at about

1 ~:05 Hrs while I was on mobile duty, alongwi th SI Su bra ta Sarkar found following 19 (nineteen)

persons, ~ 30-35 others unknown BJP, Purulia District Town Committee under the leadership of Satyajit Adhik;iry, BJP Purulia Town President, . ither leaders and supporters organized a unlawful

assembly at Purulia Railway Station followed by a procession from Purulia Railway Station to Taxi

Stand, Purulia under Purulia town PS area with !$JP party flig and posters without any permission

even they did not maintain physical distancing nc ,r hey used mask or any kind of mask related safety gears in this pandemic situation of COVID-19 t< , spread the virus which is dangerous to human life.

On being asked the following BJP leaders and ;upporters could not able to give any satisfactory answer for that unlawful assembly and procession. Disaster Management Act, 2005 & 32 Police Act :111d also for arranging for its investigation.
