PRE-PRESENTATION

1. Go to the ‘PURPLE’ Delegate 45 mins before your morning or afternoon session to give our techs your presentation.

2. You will be asked to give a copy of your presentation using our USB sticks (they are virus free). If you prefer to play your presentation from your lap-top there is a cable by the lecturn.

3. File Format: KEYNOTE, PPT and PDF. If you are playing video please ensure it is embedded and copied in your presentation folder. Please format your presentations in 16:9 aspect ratio and at 1080 pixels.

4. Please be at the ‘PURPLE’ Delegate table 40 minutes before you are due to talk to have your microphone fitted. You will be taken to the ‘BLUE’ table the stage 10 minutes before you due to speak.

PRESENTATION

1. Keynote speakers have 35 minutes while speakers have 25 mins and there is a 5 min turn around between speakers. There will be a count-down timer on stage that you will be able to see. Please adhere to your time allocation.

2. There will be a monitor so that you will be able to see your presentation and notes. It will be situated on the floor and angled so you can see it.

3. You will be given a hand-held remote slide control to enable you to navigate your presentation.

4. All the presentations will be videoed, but will not be streamed. Our intention to to make the video available publicily at no charge after the event. If you would prefer not to be videoed please let Pete Fossick know.

POST PRESENTATION

1. When you have finished presenting please return to the ‘PURPLE delgate table and you will have your microphone removed.

2. We would then like to conduct a short and fun interview in the VIP area in Deansgate Suite 1. The interview will feature Q&As and will last 10 minutes.

ROOM SET-UP & MATERIALS

1. Workshop rooms have been allocated based on the size of your groups. Please see the running order section.

2. Rooms will be set-up with island tables.

3. There will be a projector or LED monitor so that you will be able present courseware and notes.

4. A LAV microphone will be available if requested.

5. Templates: If you have requested templates - they will be available in your workshop room from 8:00AM.

RESOURCE & MATERIALS KITS

We have prepared workshop material kits in boxes for you. They have the enough materials for 22 attendees. (If you have 50 people you will be provide with 3 Boxes). The boxes feature the following:

• 76 mm X 76 mm Square Post-It Notes Multiple Colors - heaps of them!

• 12 mm x 24mm Recantagle Post-It Notes Multiple Colors in each pack.

• Large Meeting Chart Paper Pads (Post-It ) with sticky edge - great for ease of movement.

• Packs of white board markers (Red, Green, Blue, Black)

• Packs of Magnetic White Board Eraser

• 2 X 12 Packs of Sharpies

• Paper A4 - 1 Ream

• Paper A3 - 50 sheets

• Packs of Sticky Dots (Various Colors)

• 4 X Blu Tak Packs

ADDITIONAL MATERIALSShould you need more materials. We have a station with additional materials by the registration desks.

CARE OF THE ROOMSPlease note that many of these rooms do not feature white walls and are more traditional in style. Please be mindful of the decor as well as the fixtures and features.

TEARDOWNWe would be grateful if you could teardown the rooms once you have completed your workshops and place your rubbish neatly in a pile.
