IntroductionsDavid Whittingham-Jones, RPO Sales Leader, Europe
David has 17 years recruiting experience in Sales, Solutions and Operational delivery roles. Between 2007 and 2010 David led RPO program delivery in EMEA and APAC with Microsoft and Verizon; and has gone on to lead all international relationships across our client base. Today, David leads our Sales and Solutions functions across Europe.
Kevan Nicholson, Senior Operations Manager, PAREXEL
Kevan Nicholson joined PAREXEL in June 2008, he is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader having worked in the clinical industry over the past 10 years and prior to this in the IT sector. Previous companies include Covance, PRA International and Parametric Technology. Kevan’s role at PAREXEL is to lead an international team of recruiters that work strategically and creatively with the business leaders to ensure they hire candidates that are the right fit for PAREXEL’s high performance culture.
Rima Haddadi, Operations Manager, IBM on behalf of PAREXEL
Rima has over 6 years’ experience in Life Sciences recruitment, initially responsible for the medical division of a recruitment agency and was a key supplier to the NHS. Rima joined IBM 2 years ago on the PAREXEL team and is responsible for the management and program success of the EMEA team (up to 20 Recruiters and Researchers). As well as providing operational guidance for the team Rima personally manages the hiring process for senior roles.
