VIDEO SIMULATION EMPLOYMENT TESTING SOLUTIONS
Ergometrics is the industry pioneer in providing video simulation tests for public safety occupations. We believe that of all the decisions managers make, hiring choices have the largest impact on the quality and effectiveness of their organizations. Observing how people work in real work environments is the most effective way to assess true abilities. Simulations provide the ability to identify how candidates are most likely to perform in real situations. Ergometrics creates state-of-the-art simulations through rigorous multiyear development processes.
Ergometrics tests are designed to narrow the gap between test performance and job performance. Our tests give hiring managers the ability to look at not only abilities, but how individuals use those abilities given real work conditions, including time pressures, stressful interactions, interruptions and other factors that make jobs difficult. Our high-quality video simulations increase test validity and are an essential component for modern selection practices.
Ergometrics consistently delivers innovative products and services. Ergometrics’ capabilities include the largest public safety testing network, National Testing Network (NTN). With testing centers located across the country, this testing option combines the most effective Ergometrics simulations with candidate convenience to maximize recruitment and testing effectiveness.
