FireFly Balloons offers the most comprehensivewarranty in the industry. The limited warrantycovers the components of the balloon system for varying periods of time against defects in materials and workmanship.

• The balloon basket, including floor, suspensionropes, pressure panel, tanks and hoses, is warranted for a period of one year.

• The balloon envelope, including load cords, FlexNet tapes, girdles, suspension cables, is warranted for a period of one year from date of certification.

• The Mirage burner is warranted for a period often years with the exception of parts such as seals and pilot light orifices which may requirereplacement during normal maintenance.

Every FireFly comes with a guaranteed trade-inallowance. Call the factory for details to find outhow much your old envelope is worth.
