WILD NETTLE PORTIONS
Nettle is comercialized as nutritional supplement available on-line and in
specialized stores. Also used in some cosmetics. Nettle tea is sold in
specialized stores and in Lidl. No fresh or frozen nettle available.

COMMENT
-Nettle grows in Spain and is considered bad weed as in Finland.
-There are recipes available on-line.
- Only some of the specialized stores have a section for frozen goods.
