are associated with achievements. A project executed well,

will provide both energy and happiness of having achieved

what you set out to do.

Handling success is easy-have a party. Handling failure is

agony. My way of handling is to believe that failure is only

temporary, looking for what went wrong and what lessons

learnt and most important is to look at new opportunities.

Compartmentalize the crisis. Ensure that all your

activities proceed smoothly. Always be aggressive and

positive. Never feel crisis is overwhelming you. Do not letemotions to come in play
