These methods are used to facilitate the effective matching of job offer and demand, as well as giving valuable support for the completion of the necessary administrative procedures. Job-seekers can find answers to their needs for information, guidance and support choosing their possible training and/or work. They also have the possibility to candidate themselves for preselected job offers.

Public Employment AgenciesHow does the job placement work?
When the employment agency receives a request from a company, they immediately contact the enrolled people whose profile is compatible with the request, select from their list, starting from the first person on the list.
Factors that help to determine the order on the list are:
• The seniority of the registration as unemployed;• The economic and financial situation of the household;
• Qualifications and working experience.
In any case it is better that the candidate actively looks for jobs on his own instead of waiting for the agency to contact him. Employment offices also have special lists reserved for apprentices and people who are available to work part time.
Public Employment AgenciesThe person looking for work must go to their local employment agency
to make a self- certifying statement that they are:
* unemployed;* immediately available start working;* immediately available to carry out an activity of active research work in the manner defined by the relevant departments.
