2. Owners will be responsible for connecting and paying connection and supplier charges for utility and energy services during construction.

3. You are responsible for arranging your own finance if finance is required. 4. If building on the boundary, you will arrange with your neighbours for us to have access to their property

and for the section of fence where the home is on the boundary to be removed. 5. Metro Property Development is a builder and do not provide financial, property, property

management, tax or investment advice or any similar advice (“financial advice”) and make no

representation whatsoever as to any such matter including but not limited to:

3.1 If finance is required, whether you can get finance;

3.2 Future property values or possible rental or investment returns;

3.3 Whether the house and lot are suitable for your needs.
