Each of the essays listed in the contents also has its own citation. Here is the citation for

the essay “The space between earth and heaven.”

Note that the Publication Type is Essay, because this is one essay in the larger book.

The Source is With wisdom seeking God, the book from our first citation.

This tells us that the essay by Paulsell can be found on pages 11-23 of the book.
