Huberman named member of TCASExecutive Committee
Toronto mediator and commercial arbitrator Marvin Hubermanis now a member of the Executive Committee of the TorontoCommercial Arbitration Society (TCAS).
Huberman was acclaimed an Executive Committee member atthe society’s Annual General Meeting and Conference held lastmonth at the University Club of Toronto.

In addition to receiving his Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 1982,Huberman holds a mediation certificate from Harvard Law School, an arbitration certificatefrom the University of Toronto, and his Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution fromOsgoode Hall Law School.
Huberman — a litigator, mediator and arbitrator — received the designation of CharteredArbitrator (C. Arb) by the ADR Institute of Canada, indicating his degree of skill and experienceas a professional in the field.
The TCAS Executive Committee consists of five members, who serve for two-year terms.
