• Smart form – recognizes if you’ve already prepared a contract (GSCRF) for this student

• Shows the terms associated with this contract• Just select the terms you want to fund (by checking the

checkboxes)

• Same for a stipend – if you’ve prepared a contract (GSCRF) for this student that includes a stipend, this section will appear

• If ready distribute the funding for the stipend, click the radio button

Deadlines

• Need SAFF by July 8th—if at all possible—THANKS!!• Only the SAFF forms approved by July 11th will pay the

student’s tuition on their billing statement• Bills are only generated on July 11th if the student has

registered• ADMN 560 or 561 is a registration—this comes from the

GSCRF• If no SAFF and if ADMN 560 or 561 has been registered by

the GSCRF, the student’s bill will show the total amount due
