Every Sunday：Account Statement in Seller Center Will be updated; Every Friday: Payout will be transferred to sellers` payment account

Week 1：o All orders with status “Delivered” and “Delivery Failed” in SC from Monday to Sunday.

Week 2：o Orders with status “Delivered” in Week 1 will have their payout shown on Monday`s Account Statement, and get paid from payment account

this Friday.

o Orders with status “Delivered” and “Delivery Failed” in Week 1 will have their LGS shipping fee shown in late Week 2.

Week 3：o Orders with status “Delivered” and “Delivery Failed” in Week 1 will have their LGS shipping fee deducted on Friday.

Note: The LGS fee of the goods shipped to Indonesia will be deducted as general products for all first. If there is any shipping fee charged as sensitive goods by customs,

the price difference will show on Account Statement and be deducted later.

In terms of violation to Lazada rules, penalties will be applied for the following cases

Scenario Penalty

Seller doesn’t cancel or doesn’t RTS in 48hrs USD5 / item

Seller cancels within 48hrs without updating order status to RTS

USD2 / item

Seller does RTS within 48hrs but item doesn’t arrive at Sortation Center within 7 calendar days

USD5 / item

Wrong price cancellation USD5 / itemPenalty 2: Products Return due to “wrong item”, “product quality - used

products” or ”missing parts/ items”

• Penalty: USD 5 / item

• Timeline:

o Week 1: Confirmed return, show in SC

o Week 2: The penalty fee will show in SC

o Week 3: Penalty fee charged in payout

Penalty 3: Prohibited Items

• Penalty: USD 2/live SKU

• Timeline:

o Week 1: Lazada lists the prohibited items of seller



Penalty 1: Order cancellation by sellers (Out of stock, wrong price, and etc.);

Order cancellation by system when order is not dispatched within 48 hrs.

• Penalty: USD 5/item or USD2/item.

• Timeline:

o Week 1: Order Cancelled



Penalty 4: Counterfeit Items

• Penalty: Holdout/ Charge max. USD500

• National flags and country name indicate which country Seller Center you are in.

• As an International Seller, you receive weekly payments from each country.

• No proof of delivery, order returned and cancellation of order will not be included in

payouts.

Payout indicates

amount that will be

credited to your

payment account.

Opening Balance

is the amount

carried forward

from the previous

statement.

Other Revenue

is adjustments to

the item price or

fee such as

reimbursement of

shipping fee or

adjustments to

the item price in

the previous

payment cycle.

Closing Balance

is the Gross

Payout to seller.

Deposit be

deducted from the

Gross Payout to

conclude the net

payout amount.

Refund is the selling

price of the item which

is returned by

customer during the

week from Monday to

Sunday. This refund

amount be deducted

from the seller’s

payout.

Fee on Refund is the

commission which

Lazada refunds to the

seller for the orders

that have been

returned. This fee is

now added back to

the weekly payment.

Only when Closing Balance is positive, Lazada

will payout as it shows.

If there is negative closing balance (Return

and etc.), PAYOUT will show as zero.

Lazada will not payout in this situation.

GlossaryFee is the sum of

payment fee, shipping

fee, commission,

handling fee and

return-to-seller fee

earned or charged by

Lazada as per the

agreed contract.

For example, (Payment fee is 2%, Commission is 6%, GST is 6%):

• Item Price Credit = 159.00

• Payment Fee = 159.00 * 2% * (1+6%)=3.40

• Commission = 159.00 * 6% * (1+6%)=11.91

Actual amount for seller = 159.00 – 3.40 – 11.91 = 143.69
