Financial GuaranteeThis Letter confirms that IBRAHIM AHMED A ALREGAIBAH ( DOB: 27-12-1989) is the recipient of a scholarship from the Government of Saudi Arabia. S/he has an approval to study the following courses:

1 - The scholarship covers the tuition fees which are strictly part of the academic course of study , such as compulsory health insurance-OSHC (single/family for the Program/Package visa length), registeration , and examination . Additional fees like: lab material fees, bench fees, tutoring, private classes' fees, overseas examination, home stay or pickup fees, kid's school fees or any other programs not listed above are not covered. SACM transfer payments directly to the academic institution. 2 - The student Must maintain a Full time/on main Campus study load, unless otherwise stated by SACM. Change to the assigned major/degree or the student's failure to enrol in the academic term (in courses related to the assigned major) or undertaking online courses without SACM's written consent shall render this document void. Similary, this is not transferable and is exclusively cogent to the above named institution . Students seeking to extend their studies must obtain SACM's prior approval. 3 - In rendering this document viable, academic institutions must provide SACM with student progress reports at the conclusion of each academic term/module or on a session-by-session basis. This is quintessential for language or professional training programs and must include academic performance,attendance and withdrawal. All sponsored students have signed and consented to SACM to act and request academic information on their behalf. Educational provider shall direct invoice to students if they don't sign institutions's consent when required. 4 - This Financial Guarantee is binding from the effective date until the void date or upon graduation,whichever comes first. SACM shall not be held liable for studies conducted other than in accordance with the outlined dates. SACM must also be informed within 7 working days upon the student deferring or terminating the studies for any reason, and when completing/satisfying the degree/course requirements. SACM must also be notified of any subjects/units withdrawn by the student after the census date. Hence, a separate invoice that shows (withdrawn units only) should be directed to the student consequently.

5- SACM reserves the right to cancel the validity of this FG should a student of institution not adhere to the outlined terms and conditions, also not responsible for the FG's not issues by this office.

6- Please quote the student's Saudi National ID Number (shown below) in all documents (invoices, Transcripts and reports) to be sent to SACM (1071605347).

SACM Guideline for invoicing and Payment Policy :

1- Invoices to be issued with the institution's name not trading name, bank details must be clearly included (Bank name, Account name, BSB and Account numbers).

2- Invoice's number , date and Tax/GST component should be presented. each item to be listed and defined as invoices with subtotal only will be rejected.

3- Student's First, Middle, Last name, Academic No. and National ID must be clearly stated in the invoice (National ID Found in the top right hand corner in the FG).

4- Start and End dates of the invoiced period, should be included and must match the dates stated in financial guarantee in order to be accepted and processed.

5- Oiginal invoice to be posted to: PO Box 1206. Dickson, ACT, 2602. Copies recieved by any other mean will be rejected. Each invoice to be issued for and per one student only.

6- Statements are not to be sent in the format of the invoice.

7- Invoice for programs/units that didn't start will be rejected; SACM kindly requests a maximum of 60 days for payment settlement.

8- OSHC Start and End dates should be clearly listed and match the eCOE.

9- English Language invoices must not exceed the 25 weeks in order to be accepted.

10- Fees are not to be transferred to another student when original student cannot be identified, SACM welcomes any inquiries.

11- Outstanding payments should be directed to SACM instantly and a reminder letter must be sent along with the graduation or completion letters.

12- All refunds are to be strictly and only made to SACM account (BSB: 062900, AccountNo.: 10398057, Commonwealth Bank). Please inform us of any refund with all related details by contacting us. Our contact details are the bottom of this page.
