• As Infosys is a large publicly listed company, the owners i.e. shareholder has entrusted upon the mangers for the efficient running of the organisation.

• Management is sensitive towards the shareholders concerns and demands.

• In recent example, There are leadership changes in response to shareholder demands to strengthen the company’s executive leadership resulting in its founder, Mr. N.R. Narayana Murthy added to the board and will be serving as the chief executive, chairman and chief mentor of Infosys.

• Apart from Quarterly and Annual Report of financial years, all the relevant changes in board, new projects etc. information were timely released in media.

• The financial markets takes cues from the media, annual and quarterly report.
