Introduction of Time Sheets where each Individual will log in the time spent on each project.
Charge code for each project and all expenses like travel, equipment, hotel etc pertaining to the project will be charged to the project
Create a common budget line ‘Facilities’ for items like rent, electricity, utilities etc
Reconciliation of the Equipment at the sites. RPM who will sign off.
