Throwdown Nation, Please read carefully as this contains everything you need to know for the upcoming weeks. There will be a 1-day play-off event held at CrossFit GSP on Sunday February 23 rd . The approx. time will be 10am-6pm. Following the finals there will be a banquet lasting approx. 1 hour catered by Paleo Cuisine (all you can eat). Following the banquet will be an awards ceremony. Event Structure: Teams will compete exactly the same as all other throwdowns during the regular season. The format will be a bracket style event. (like the NCAA basketball championships) Teams will be seated in the bracket according to their ranking following the 6-week season. The top 2 teams will get a bye in the first round. All other teams will compete. Winning teams will advance in the bracket until an eventual winner is crowned. Please read carefully as this contains everything you need to know for the upcoming weeks.

There will be a 1-day play-off event held at CrossFit GSP on Sunday February 23rd. The approx. time will be 10am-6pm.

Following the finals there will be a banquet lasting approx. 1 hour catered by Paleo Cuisine (all you can eat). Following the banquet will be an awards ceremony.

Event Structure:

Teams will compete exactly the same as all other throwdowns during the regular season.

Teams will be seated in the bracket according to their ranking following the 6-week season. The top 2 teams will get a bye in the first round. All other teams will compete.

IMPORTANT:

Teams will only be allowed to compete with 6 members. Even if you have more then 6 eligible members. Captains must choose 6. The 6 members that start the event will remain the same through the entire competition. There is no substitution allowed.

To be eligible to compete each member must have competed at least 3 of the 6 weeks.

Each team will be provided with the following.

If you are not the captain, one of the affiliate owners, or one of the athletes competing that day then you are a spectator.

Spectators are not required to purchase meal tickets but they are required to purchase admission tickets.

Both admission and meal tickets can be ordered now through Saturday, February 22nd. Tickets must be paid for by Saturday, February 22nd. If not paid for by the stated date then door fees will apply.
