To determine cause of traffic jam in Penang

Bridge.

To investigate effect of traffic congestion to all

bridge consumer in Penang.

To analyze and give recommendation for

traffic improvement.

Recommendation is based on the resultobtained from bridges user.

Reduce the stress level and improve their emotional

health

Looking at the economical factor. Higher purchasing

power means there are more vehicles on the road

and small area like Penang Island, results inworse traffic jam

Effects of traffic jam and propose recommendations

for improvement. This is important in order to make

some preparation to face the heavy traffic jam

physically and psychologically
