WHAT CAN PARENTS DO TO PREPARE FOR THE NEW YEAR?

• Secure a face covering for your child – the state strongly recommends students in grades 3-12 wear face coverings during transitions & while in common areas outside of the classroom.

• Purchase school uniforms – when students are in the building our current dress code policy will be in place.

• Purchase school supplies – our schools have reviewed their normal school supply lists to ensure the requested supplies are appropriate for all learning models.

• If parent/guardian can transport students during this time, it will help bus capacity.

• Due to CDC guidelines, water fountains will be turned off so parents should send their child to school each day with a water bottle labeled with their name.

• Please reach out to your school’s administrator anytime with any questions and/or concerns.
