• The national Norwegian’s idea – each Norwegian should have the work place.

• All Norwegian people submit the income declaration.

• A lot of people in Norway out of work (almost 20%) – sick, disabled, reduced work capacity.

• One of the main problem for young people – bad diet and decreasing of physical activity.

• Approx 25 % unemployed youth in Norway (16-24) «drop-outs» from high school

• NAV have a good cooperation with trade unions.

• Only 3-4 % of all working place in Norway don’t needed a diploma

• Services of control for children rights from 0 to 18 y.o.

• The main sources of information are information (signal) from teachers, nurse, neighbors

• For better provide laws and local rules service’s specialists meet with new immigrants

• For the working place with high risk the inspection is provide every year. In Norway there is special agency of labor protection in oil industry.

• Each employers was obliged to have the brochures of labor protection also for migrants

True ideas to Norway

1) The third stage of the school should be obligatory for each of young people.

2) Norway can open a special education centers abroad for better integration before labor migrants coming to Norway.

3) State program in Norway to inclusion of elderly people to labor market
