ProfileDr Stephen Hopwood, 48, was educated at a comprehensiveschool in Cambridgeshire and graduated from Bristol UniversityMedical School in 1985.

After working as an NHS hospital doctor and GP in Bristol for fouryears, he qualifyied in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture in 1989.

After moving to Devon 18 years ago, he became the ClinicalDirector of the Arcturus Complementary Health Centre in Totnes.He now lives in Buckland in the Moor, is a keen mountain bikerand has two sons aged 17 and 20 years.

As an active member of the community Stephen is keen topromote development of local community centres and youthclubs, develop educational programmes on global politics andcommunity action initiatives and support small business development.

Stephen first became involved in politics after realising 9/11 was aninside job, establishing the Totnes Truth Movement to expose the

realities of the world we live in, not usually publicised in the nationalmedia. The open group meets monthly in the Barrel House.

He also works as a producer for an internet video documentarychannel, www.bbc5.tv, which runs a weekly show on Sky channel 200called Lawful Rebellion (6pm, Saturdays) covering issues like thebanking industry, the EU, the globalisation agenda, andimplementation of the codex alimentarius.

Normally, like many of you, come the election, I would be sitting there

thinking: ‘What a waste of time. Whoever we elect, the same timeservers and placemen get

in again.’ So normally I would just turn the other way and devote my energies to my family,

my job and Totnes Truth. After all, voting only seems to encourage them.

But this time, I feel differently. The recent rise in both the national and personal debt has

meant that we are being sold into effective slavery by Big Government and Big Banks. At the

same time, the very fabric of public life has broken down. We can be imprisoned without trialwhen the war criminals in the Cabinet have escaped justice for their part in the murder of 2

million people in Iraq.

Obvious injustices -- combined with my own research into and experience of the real agenda

of the power elite and the lack of mainstream alternatives -- have meant that I feel compelled

to stand in the forthcoming general election.

The state of play

When 18 years of Conservative government ended in 1997 and Labour were swept to power,the majority of Britons hoped for a new era of justice, peace and prosperity.

Thirteen years later, those same voters have seen the depth of betrayal Gordon Brown and

the Labour Party have perpetrated on Britain. They have entered us into illegal wars; taken

away our basic rights; have plunged the UK into record levels of debt; and done everything

within their power to give away our sovereignty.

Clearly, the problem is not any particular political party. It is the way we are governed in this

country. Accordingly, all the major parties propose to take us into further European

integration, which is a stepping stone to one-world

authoritarian government accountable to theInternational Monetary Fund, the central banks and big

multinational corporations.

Remote government is also the real reason the area

has lost Dartington College of Arts, costing the local

economy £5million a year. Without a grant of Dartington Arts College has been moved toCornwall at a loss of £5million a year to thelocal economy

£3.5million from the central government regional development agency to finance the move

away, the college would still be here.

When I first became aware of the agenda of the power elite, I was angry, shocked, initially

powerless in the face of it. As a single parent bringing up two boys in Devon, what could I do

to stop the powerful cliques that manipulate governments, media and economies from gettingaway with murder?

The more I researched though, the more I found supportive individuals who shared my

understanding of the realities of our world. With few resources but guided by our

consciences, we began to expose the forces behind manipulated war, invasive laws and

never-ending debt.

Although frightening, it felt better than burying our heads in the sand, hoping the harsh

realities would just go away .

A call to action

No mainstream candidate will ever be free to actually represent the views of the Totnes

constituency because under the whip system party bosses instruct mainstream MPs which

way to vote in parliament. The same party bosses are beholden to the party's backers who

financed their election. No matter who you vote for in the mainstream, once in 'power', they

become powerless.

In the forthcoming general election, I will be working with other independent candidates in the

shared belief that truth and justice are the very foundation of freedom, peace and prosperity.

There will no whips to tell us how to vote. We don’t have any big financial backers trying to

bend us to their will. That will mean that I can better serve the individual needs of the

constituents of Totnes.

Check out the evidence in this manifesto for yourself. Then stand up for the Truth. If you

don't do it for yourself then do it for your children -- for if the world carries on like this -- they

will be saddled with working every hour just to pay the national debt, depriving them of the

opportunities people of my generation enjoyed in life.

So come the election, it is imperative to have the courage of your convictions, to vote

independent for real representation in parliament but above all to claim back our country, our communities, putting the heart and voice back into the Totnes constituency.

Our society is sick and this is a fundamental cause of disease: much of

our ill health is caused by the stresses and expense of modern life under the debt system and

by industrial by-products polluting our immediate and wider environment.

We know that the NHS budget is not being spent wisely because people are getting sicker.

Motivated solely by profit, the pharmaceutical industry monopolises the NHS, inducing

doctors to prescribe drugs which have negligible benefits and dangerous side-effects.

In conjunction with Big Pharma, the UN’s World Health Organisation sponsors vaccination

programmes, in which the vaccines are injected along with dangerous toxins.

Big Pharma has created spurious new ‘conditions’ and the drugs to supposedly treat them. In

independent trials, many of pharmaceutical drugs have been proven to work no more

effectively than placebos.

Solution

• Treat people with proven natural therapies and medicines to re-build the health of our

nation. They must be placed at the heart of NHS funding to save £billions in the short

and long term.

• Subject pharmaceutical drugs, particularly vaccines and anti-virals, to proper

objective trials to establish their efficacy and safety.

• Encourage victims of pharmaceutical industry drugs to seek compensation under the

Common Law.

• The end of the national debt will free up enormous amounts of government tax

income to spend on the nation’s health.

• The end of personal debt will free up leisure time, ending many stress-induced

illnesses.

Your health is your real wealthPrevention is far better than cure

I am a Registered Medical Practitioner with the General Medical Council and a registered

Acupuncturist with the British Acupuncture Council. For the last 15 years, I have worked asan holistic physician running the Arcturus Complementary Health Clinic on Fore Street in

Totnes.

I came out of the NHS as I felt it was monopolised by the pharmaceutical industry and had no

strategy for building the health of the population, as the prime means of preventing disease.

Over-reliant on pharmaceutical industry drugs and research, the NHS puts the emphasis on

prescribing pharmaceutical drugs, designed to treat only specific symptoms -- like anti-

inflammatories -- which then created unhealthy side-effects, which also had to be treated. It

was almost as if the industry wanted people to get sick so they could find new drugs to treat

new conditions.

But rather than take on Big Pharma directly, I left the NHS

and set up the health service I considered to best serve the

needs of our community, the Arcturus Complementary Health

Centre in Totnes. Qualified and experienced practitioners,

specialising in osteopathy, chiropractic, homeopathy,

acupuncture, herbalism and counselling all work to build

health and treat the root causes of disease. healing

holistically.

From my extensive experience of both conventional and traditional medicine, I can tell you

which one I trust to give the best long term health benefits.

We should put 'complementary' medicine at the heart of the NHS while subjecting

conventional drugs and methods to stringent trials to evaluate their efficacy and safety. This

is particularly relevant in the case of vaccinations. Although the WHO will tell you that a

WHO-sponsored immunization programme wiped out smallpox within ten years , the overall

trend showed that the disease was due to die out anyway. Vaccines also contain a mind-

boggling array of chemicals, which are simply not good for you .

Business as usual at Big Pharma

There are many examples of the clear conflict of interest between Big Pharma’s claim to be

working in the best interests of the health of our nation and its profit- driven agenda.

‘Swine flu’

Take the recent ‘swine flu’ fiasco, for example. In January 2010 Wolfgang Wodarg, head of

health at the Council of Europe, accused Big Pharma of organising a ‘campaign of panic’ to

put pressure on the World Health Organization (WHO) to declare a pandemic in order to sell

untested vaccines at a profit of £billions . He described the false pandemic as:

one of the greatest medicine scandals of the century.

It's just a normal kind of flu. It does not cause a tenth of deaths caused by the classicseasonal flu. The great campaign of panic we have seen provided a golden opportunity for representatives from labs who knew they would hit the jackpot in the case of a pandemicbeing declared.

We want to clarify everything that brought about this massive operation of disinformation. We want to know who made decisions, on the basis of what evidence, and precisely how the influence of the pharmaceutical industry came to bear on the decision-making.

Tamiflu

Another example is the ‘anti-viral’ drug, Tamiflu. Its producer Roche claims there are ten

studies proving Tamiflu is both safe and effective. According to the company, the drug has all

sorts of benefits, including a 61% reduction in hospital admissions by people who catch the fluand then get put on Tamiflu.

The problem with these claims is that they aren’t true. They were simply invented by Roche.

A groundbreaking article recently published in the British Medical Journal accuses Roche of

misleading governments and physicians over the benefits of Tamiflu. Out of the ten studies

cited by Roche, it turns out only two were ever published in science journals. The original

data from those two studies has however been lost.

The only complete data set Roche could release was part of an

unpublished study of 1,447 adults which showed that Tamiflu wasno better than placebo.

Roche then hired former employees of a Big Pharma PR agency,

Adis International, to 'ghost write' the studies with Roche’s

marketing department simply telling them what to write.

Celebrex

In another case, Dr Scott Reuben, a former member of Pfizer's speakers' bureau, has agreed

to plead guilty to faking dozens of research studies that were published in medical journals .

Reuben accepted a $75,000 grant from Pfizer to study Celebrex in 2005. His research, which

was published in a medical journal, has since been quoted by hundreds of other doctors and

researchers as 'proof' that Celebrex helped reduce pain during post-surgical recovery. But

the entire study was faked.

As a result of Dr Reuben's faked studies, the peer-reviewed medical journal Anesthesia &

Analgesia was forced to retract 10 "scientific" papers authored by Reuben. Reuben will also

have to retract 21 articles he wrote for medical journals which have also been fabricated.

After confessing to his fraud, Dr Reuben has reportedly signed a plea agreement that will

require him to return $420,000 that he received from drug companies. He also faces up to a

10-year prison sentence and a $250,000 fine.

We have never been able to trust the political class to protect our freedoms and sovereignty.

Experience shows that Big Government is answerable to Big Media and Big Business and is

unable to stand up for the rights of its people and maintain equitability, justice and peace.

Non-governmental organisations like the IMF, the Privy Council, the Bilderberg group or the

Trilateral Commission are secretive and unaccountable yet exert enormous influence over our

political class and government policy, particularly with regard to defence spending.

Leaders like Gordon Brown are in the vanguard of creating a one-world global government

Localisation is anti-globalisationIt is becoming more apparent to us every day that mainstream democracy is a sham. We are

expected to believe that the state of the world is a testament to the incompetence of our

leaders, the selfishness of the few, the failure of institutions to agree or even the stupidity of the people.

Whether it is the treaty of Lisbon allowing the

European Union to take over ever greater swathes

of policy in this country or shadowy think tanks

imposing their will behind closed doors, or it is

illegal war and false flag terrorism; or ever more

oppressive and interfering government; or health

scares to sell toxic vaccinations, it is clear that our

problems are not happening for the reasons above or by accident. There is a conspiracy toweaken, subdue and control humanity.

Fortunately, in this day and age of the internet, anyone can find out about the New World

Order they propose in which we are the serfs and they are not just the landed, propertied

classes but are also the global government. In this area, their plans are more advanced than

many will imagine and have the tacit support of mainstream leaders like Gordon Brown.

Secret societies

If fifteen years ago, you had told journalists that there was

an annual secretive meeting of bankers, politicians and

journalists whose purpose was to influence governments

to bend to its will, then you would have been called a

‘conspiracy theorist’. Now, meetings of the Bilderberg

Group are mentioned in the Daily Mail and the Guardian

and a list of attendees now appears (unofficially) on the

Net, although there is still no public record of what is discussed behind closed

doors. Peter Mandelson, minister and chairman of the Privy Council, George

Osborne, the shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer, and the Chairman of Royal

Dutch Shell, the oil company, were on the list for 2008.

These non-governmental organisations are not just there to lobby governments and

parliaments behind the scenes, insisting on policies, which are in direct contradiction to the

public good, but they also play a key role in choosing the politicians we then get to vote for.

World currency and Big Government

Thrown into this already dangerous mix are various initiatives to end even the pretence of

democracy. Enforcement of carbon taxes is being used to introduce world government under

the pretext of the G20 monitoring each nation’s CO 2 output. The failure of the world economy

is being used to introduce a world currency with a global central bank courtesy of the

International Monetary Fund.

In this context, the G20 summit of early 2009 stated:

We have agreed to support a general SDR allocation which will inject $250billion(£170billion) into the world economy and increase global liquidity.

SDRs or Special Drawing Rights are a ‘synthetic paper currency issued by the International

Monetary Fund’.

The US, Canada and Mexico now form Nafta or the North American Free Trade

Association and there are plans to introduce a single currency, the Amero, to replace

dollars and pesos as a precursor to another federal superstate, in the same way the

Euro paved the way to a more federal Europe.

And you don’t have to be a little Englander to see that the European Union is another

visible landmark on the march to one world government. Where the people were allowed to

vote in places like France, the Netherlands and Ireland, they rejected a closer union of nation

states but in the case of Ireland were made to vote again until they got it right. Despite being

promised a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty, we were not allowed to make our voice heard .

There has clearly been no meaningful consent to greater European integration on the part of

the British people.

I am no fan of Westminster democracy but experience has shown that Big

Government, like Big Business, becomes a self-perpetuating monolith no longer answerable to anyone but the banks. Yet politicians like Gordon Brown have

supported moves to create a central world bank – most likely in the form of the IMF

-- with a total monopoly over the money supply, answerable to nobody. In

February 2010, Prime Minister Gordon Brown called for a world constitution to

regulate the financial system. Brown said a global solution was required to

The motto on the Sovereign’s Coat of Arms,‘Dieu et Mon Droit’ translates as ‘God andMy Duty’, the guiding principle of theCommon Law

transform financial services and called for greater involvement of the IMF in regulating the

financial system.


De facto unaccountable World Government is the inevitable consequence of this, dictating

policy to nations, presidents, prime ministers, parliaments and local assemblies, no matter what the people vote for .

Stopping globalisation

These would-be powers have shown no respect for the law in their march toward World

Government. One of the stepping stones on the way, the European Union, is actually an

unlawful corporation: it has never successfully undergone an external audit – symptomatic

also of widespread corruption. However, its constitution respects the ‘rule of law’ or the

Common Law, which is of course the solution to the whole problem of government: we simply

opt out of its ‘authority’.

The right to opt-out is provided in English constitutional law documents, like Magna Carta and

the 1689 Declaration of Rights, which enshrine our free man rights and our duty to God in the

form of the oath. To be clear that duty is first discharged by ‘doing as you would be done by’

or causing no loss, harm or injury to another man (or woman).

In any case, no constitutional document, treaty, convention or

statute law can take way your rights because according to Black’s

Law dictionary a right is God-given and cannot be taken away by

any man . You are born free and owe no liability or lien to anycorporation, whether it is the UK, the European Union or World

Government. So if you do not consent, you do not have to pay

the debts they have run up or obey the unjust laws they pass.

As part of my campaign, I will be informing you about the

conspiracy against humanity and offering through my website

practical support in freeing yourself from it by growing your own

food, sourcing your own energy and trading on a more local level.

If elected MP, I will do everything in my power to resist tyranny

and spread the good news about the Common Law.

Truth

The national debt is fraud, extortion and daylight robbery. It allows

rich, powerful and unaccountable bankers to exert enormous influence

over government and society and to profit from your labour through taxation. It makes a

mockery of democracy.

Homes are being repossessed, businesses bankrupted and we all work harder for less.

Private banks issue money out of thin air, as a debt and at interest. This creates inflation,

devalues the currency and causes escalating poverty.

No government in this country has ever reduced the national debt. The mainstream parties

are all committed to reducing the deficit – the rate we get further into debt – rather than

reducing or abolishing the debt all together.

Solutions• Government to issue debt free currency, cancelling the national debt.

• Bankers to cancel all personal debt, including mortgages.

• Mass non-compliance with council and income tax until our taxes are used

for the public good.

With the simple stroke of a pen, this policy will:

• remove the need for income tax.

• clear the budget deficit and allow increased spending on public services.

• return wealth to its creators – you.

• end the influence of shadowy private bankers.

• end the need for constant economic expansion at the ruin of the planet.

• create greater freedom and leisure time.

Cancel the debtDebt makes a mockery of democracy

It is time we learnt the lesson of history. It’s time we learnt where our taxes really go.

We currently live in a debt economy in which the banks have devised ever more devious

ways of depriving us of the real value of our labour.

Whether it is the national debt, carbon trading schemes or fractional reserve banking, they all

take a share of our real wealth by inventing monetary value – usually on computer screens –

and charging us for the privilege through interest and taxation.

The government has spent tens of billions of pounds bailing out banks like Northern Rock or

the Royal Bank of Scotland at an enormous cost to the taxpayer but cannot find the piffling

amounts needed to establish the efficacy of alternative energy or healthcare.

The national debt

If we are to reform power, we must understand the basis on which it perpetuates. I have

therefore gone into some depth about how money and debt have always been created hand

in hand to control governments and people.

The inception and growth of the debt

English monarchs traditionally taxed their people to pay off any debt

accumulated as a result of war. However, King Charles I’s attempts to

impose taxes on an unwilling populace to pay off his war debts in the

mid-17 th century led to the Civil War, Charles’s beheading, the English

Republic under Cromwell, the Restoration (of the monarchy), the

Glorious Revolution of 1688 and the Nine Years' War. By 1694, the

English Government's finances had been ravaged. Having nowhere else

to turn, the nation was forced to borrow £1.2 million -- at 8% interest --

from the newly formed Bank of England, a private corporation of

investors whose names are not known to this day. The national debt

was born.

As banking and financial markets enabled the creation of debt through

the issue of bills and bonds in the early 18th century, the national debt

grew to £850m by the end of the Napoleonic Wars in 1815. The First

World War saw Britain’s national debt increase around 1000% from

£650m in 1914 to £7.4bn in 1919. After the Second World War, it stood

at £24.7bn . It is clear that war has been the main reason for our debt.

Post-war peace and economic stability meant that the debt did not increase significantly for a

generation. However, rampant inflation caused our liability to the Bank of England to rise

again significantly, from £33.1bn in 1970 to £197.4bn in 1988.

The national debt now

When Labour came to power in 1997, the national debt stood at £350billion. On current

projections, it is now around £900billion. In four years, it will be £1.4trillion --

£1,400,000,000,000 -- according to the government’s own conservative

forecast.

In just five months last year -- between March and July 2009 -- the Bank of

England literally created £113.8 billion of new money or new debt. By

January 2010, the UK's total borrowing for this financial year had come to

more than £122bn , which the government will have to fund from your taxes.

The government now has to find the equivalent of £14,500 from every man,woman and child in the UK to meet its commitments to the national debt and

the interest it incurs -- more than a year’s take home pay for many – before it

can invest in the British people. The interest alone will cost us £43 billion this

year or an average of £1,200 per UK household in taxes , which will not be

invested in industry, infrastructure or people but will line the pockets of the

already rich international bankers.

According to the Centre for Policy Studies, the real figures are much worse, when all the

public sector pension and PFI liabilities are included. (Because these debts are not payable

now, they are not included in the national debt. Money will nevertheless have to be found toservice them eventually).

When these are included, our real national debt now stands at closer to £1.5trillion .

whether it is paper or adding figures to a computer balance sheet -- does not create new

wealth.

Our paper money is currently backed by nothing other than a ‘promise to pay’. Think you can

walk into the Bank of England and get £10 pounds’ worth of silver or gold? Read the small

print. ‘I promise to pay the bearer on demand’, not ‘I will pay the bearer on demand’. Demandyour real value in exchange for a banknote and you get a

promise you will be paid in future. So our legal tender is

actually a promissory note carrying a debt raised at

interest, worth less than the paper it is written on. The

money to pay the interest on the debt is taken out of your

real wealth. You and the value of your labour are the

collateral or security for the government loan from the bankers. Governments do not have or

create wealth. So they make you pay the loan back on their behalf through taxation.

In the UK, it is the Bank of England. In the Eurozone, it is the European Central Bank. In the

US, it is the Federal Reserve. All central banks are answerable to their customers or

shareholders, private investors.

Under banking laws, any corporation or company must put the interests of shareholders first,

not the public good or the good of the people. The government is therefore obliged to pay the

national debt before it invests in its people or infrastructure .

The Bank of England

Under its Royal Charter, the Bank of England enjoys greater protection from scrutiny than the

Ministry of Defence. It is also protected from disclosure

and investigation by the Official Secrets Act and is

immune from parliamentary scrutiny as MPs are not

allowed to ask questions about the Bank in the House of

Commons.

The Bank was supposed to have been nationalised or

taken into public ownership in 1946 but without giving the

government any executive control of it. And in 1998, one

of New Labour’s first initiatives, the Bank of England Act, gave the Bank’s Court of Directors

complete independence with regard to monetary policy, allowing our elected representatives

very little say over what the Bank does.

As far back as 1844, the Bank of England formally took control of Britain’s money supply

when the Bank Charter Act granted the Bank a monopoly over the production of Sterling. At

least part of that legislation required the Bank to publish details of its own accounts and the

amount of notes and coins flowing through the UK economy.

Under New Labour’s 2009 Banking Act, the Bank is no longer required to tell ministers how

much money is in circulation, confirming that the Bank, not the government is in charge of the

nation's finances and, by extension, all government policy and action. It has enabled the

Bank to embark upon 'quantitative easing', printing money to encourage us to spend our way

out of recession. In practise, this has only served to devalue the currency and put us further

into debt.

The Bank of England has avoided public scrutiny by using corporate law and commercial

confidentiality in the form of the Bank of England Nominees. In January 2010, the Bank of

England confirmed when declining a freedom of information request that:

In other words, the Bank of England is primarily answerable to the shareholders of its

subsidiary -- Bank of England Nominees Ltd – not to the government or the people. Theabove letter also confirmed that the Bank’s duty to its customers’ confidentiality over-rode any

duty to openness or disclosure.

BoE Nominees

So who are these shareholders who can make and break

governments through control of the money supply?

In 1977 the Bank of England formed the Bank of England Nominees,

(BoEN), a wholly owned subsidiary private limited company, no:130747. Two of its 100 £1 shares were issued. According to its

Articles of Incorporation, its objectives are:

To act as Nominee or agent or attorney either solely or jointly withothers, for any person or persons, partnership, company,corporation, government, state, organisation, sovereign, province,authority, or public body, or any group or association of them….

BoEN has never traded and has therefore only lodged un-audited

accounts. Under the Companies Act 1976, limited companies are

required to publicly list their shareholders . So couldn't we find out

who the creditors are here? Well, no. In April 1977, BoEN became

the only company ever to be given an exemption from this

requirement.

New Labour has confirmed that BoEN is a wholly owned subsidiary of

the Bank of England, granted an exemption because:

it was considered undesirable that the disclosure requirementsshould apply to certain categories of shareholders.

In practice, this means that we are not even allowed to know whoacts as attorney for the creditors of the national debt -- the nominees

-- let alone the actual creditors.

In effect, this means the Bank of England was re-privatised in 1977 via the BoE Nominees

Ltd. Although it is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Bank, the BoEN’s secret shareholders –

the nation’s creditors -- control the parent company.

Under banking laws, BoEN must work in the best interests of its shareholders, which is of

course in direct contradiction to the public good. For example, the recent rise in the national

debt has been enormously good news for its investors, who make their profit from interest on

loans. The greater the loan, the greater the return to the shareholders. However that return

is produced from the taxes of British workers. Higher debts mean higher taxes or less tax

revenue invested in the country and its people. So the taxpayers have to work longer hours

just to maintain the same standard of living.

As we have already discussed, under New Labour those loans have gone from £350billion to

around £900billion now and are projected to rise to £1.4trillion within the next parliament.

Since the government is obliged under banking laws to meet this loan as its first priority, the

shadowy creditors of the nation are in control of all government spending and by extension all

government policy.

So if you’ve ever wondered why the government can find £25billion to rescue the Royal Bank

of Scotland -- of which £1billion went straight into the pockets of the banksters in the form of bonuses -- but not the mere £200million needed to keep open a steel works in Redcar –

which actually produces something useful – now you have the answer. And this answer of

course applies to other funding decisions, like the award of £3.5million to move the Dartington

College of Art to Cornwall, depriving this constituency’s economy of an estimated £5million a

year.

As we all know, if you default on your loan repayment, the Bank will take off you what you

offered as ‘security’ for the loan. In the case of a mortgage, this is your house. In the case of

governments, you and your future earnings are the security for the loan, to be paid to the

central bankers via government taxation.

Money and the Credit Crunch

Have you ever wondered why we are currently enduring a credit crunch recession? Because

the banks have decided to restrict the supply of money to businesses and individuals.

During a boom many people get themselves into more debt. The vibrant economic activity

means that businesses borrow more for new technology to increase production to meet

demand. People borrow more to buy a bigger house and a more expensive car because they

are so confident for their economic prospects. Due to the laws of supply and demand, the

cost of borrowing then goes up. Businesses cannot pay so many workers leading to lay offswhile households find it harder to meet their costs.

In many cases, they simply cannot afford to repay the loans, they go bankrupt and their

assets – which have real value unlike the loan they gave you which was just figures on a

computer screen – go to the bankers. This is why basic costs like housing are going through

the roof. So where do the high street banks get the money to make these loans?

You may find this hard to believe but banks don’t lend money

deposited with them by their customers: they just conjure up

figures on a screen, which create credit in your bank account .

And you’ll find it even harder to believe that every time you put a

pound into a bank you are giving it the right to lend nine pounds it does not have. Under

banking laws, financial institutions are required only to keep ten percent of monies due to

them on deposit at any given time.

This means that if you deposit £1,000, then the bank keeps £100 on deposit and uses the

other £900 of your assets as security to back loans to other customers. After loaning that

£900 out, the bank has £900 (plus interest) due to it in terms of future loan repayment. Ten

percent or £90 of that £900 must remain on deposit under fractional reserve banking laws.

However, the other £810 can then be used as collateral for still further loans. And so on.

Personal bonds

But loans and promises are not the only way to create fictitious money leading to debt and

slavery. When you are born, the government raises a bond to the value of your estimated

lifetime’s value as a productive worker. As with any loan, the monetary value of the bond is

lifted out of thin air, more numbers in accounts on computer screens therefore more money --or rather more debt – in society. Because you have not claimed your bond, the government

takes it as salvaged goods, uses it as collateral for the national debt and trades with it on the

bond markets. However, you may be surprised you can in theory use this account to pay off

your mortgage and pay your taxes.

President Abraham Lincoln signed the Legal Tender Act of 1862 into law. It created the

United States Note, the first government-issued paper currency in the Republic’s history. In

On June 4, 1963, President John F Kennedy signed Executive

Andrew Jackson

In 1835, US President Andrew Jackson became the only leader in the

history of Britain and the US to have effectively paid off the national debt

(although it rapidly increased again as the result of a severe

depression).

In the midst of his battles with the privately owned Bank of the United

States, he was subject to an assassination attempt by Richard Lawrence, who was later ruled

to be criminally insane and a lone gunman. He never stood trial.

In 1836 the Bank of the United States went out of business, prompting The Times of London

to state:'If that mischievous financial policy which had its origin in the North American Republicshould become indurated down to a fixture, then that government will […] pay off its debtsand be without a debt. It will become prosperous beyond precedent in the history of thecivilized governments of the world. […] That government must be destroyed or it will destroy every monarchy on the globe.'

James Abram Garfield

In his inaugural address in March 1881, James Garfield effectively declared war on the

bankers who control societies via the money supply:

By the experience of commercial nations in all ages it has been found that gold and silver

afford the only safe foundation for a monetary system

If the banksters were in any doubt of his intentions or of his understanding of their power, they

couldn’t be after he famously remarked:

On July 2, 1881, just four months into his presidency, he was shot by Charles J Guiteau, who

uttered the words ‘I did it and I want to be arrested!’ Guiteau was himself subject to two

assassination attempts.

Two months after being shot -- six months after his inauguration – Garfield died, making his

tenure, at 200 days, the second shortest in United States history.

William McKinley

On 14 th March 1900, President William McKinley signed the Gold Standard Act into law. It

established gold as the only standard for redeeming paper money, curtailing the power of the

bankers to simply create money at will.

Six months later, on 6th September 1901, McKinley was shot by Leon Czolgosz, said to be an

anarchist, at a public engagement in Buffalo, New York. McKinley's doctors believed he

would recover. On the morning of September 12, he felt strong enough to eat for the first time

since the shooting but by the afternoon his condition had rapidly worsened. He died on

September 14, 1901, eight days after he was shot, from gangrene surrounding his wounds.

Czolgosz pleaded guilty to murder. At trial, he refused to speak to his defence lawyers or

offer any explanation or defence. He was convicted and executed.

Some observations

All presidential assassins are supposed to have acted alone. In the cases of Kennedy and

Lincoln the assassins themselves were assassinated before they could stand trial. Jackson’s

would-be killer was declared mentally unfit to stand trial.

In the cases of Garfield and McKinley, the two accused, it was alleged at their trials, were not

fit to stand trial. In both cases, the assassins made no attempt to escape and seemed

unconcerned they were on trial for capital offences (of which they were convicted, sentenced,

then put to death). In both cases, the public nature of the assassination meant they were

always going to be caught. In both cases, the shot president looked set to recover but then

died suddenly.

Cui bono? Who benefits?I care not what puppet is placed on the throne of England to rule the Empire. The man

When looking at the causes of the world’s problems we have to look at cui bono ? Or who

benefits from creating war, global government or narrowing the food supply. We have already

seen that leaders of vastly different political persuasions – including Thomas Jefferson,

Napoleon Bonaparte, Abraham Lincoln, Woodrow Wilson, John F Kennedy, and others --

have identified the banksters as the cancer in our society. Louis T McFadden, who served

as the chairman of the Congressional Banking and Currency Committee for more than ten

years, stated that the international bankers were a:

As we have already seen above, British governments of wildly different hues have been

forced by their circumstances into plunging the UK into ever further debt, as was the case

regarding the inception of the Bank of England in 1694 or as a result of ever more costly wars

as in the case of the First and Second World Wars.

Although we are not formally allowed to know who owns the debt, recently

emerging evidence points very firmly to the Rothschild family as the greatest

beneficiaries of wars and revolutions through the Rothschild banking

‘The City of London subsidises us’

The City of London produces absolutely nothing of real value . City banks

invent money creation schemes like government bonds, mortgages, hedge

funds, carbon credits trading and fractional reserve banking. The City

banksters then either charge interest or levy other charges to make money

from money, all of which is usury and is forbidden by law.

They turn intrinsically worthless banknotes into hard assets by claiming the

‘security’ or collateral against which the loan was issued. If you default on your mortgage, the

banksters take your house. The mortgage was credited to your bank account from thin air but

your house has real value: it provides shelter and warmth.

In the wider economy, the banks are robbing us blind then giving us a tiny proportion of that

wealth back through taxation.

The international bankers have already become rich on the back of our toil and our suffering,

profiting from war and deception on a grand scale and making slaves of us all through debts

run up as a result of war. Imagine what we could do with £43billion this year to invest in

infrastructure, alternative energy, healthcare and education instead of handing it over as interest to the bankers, for doing little more than print

pieces of paper.

But all debt -- whether mortgages, credit cards or loans -- is an illusion

created by the power elite, to make us think we are their slaves duty-

bound to settle our liabilities to them before we look after ourselves, our

families and the wider interests of humanity. In reality, you can have £75

or goods worth £75 but you cannot have minus £75 or goods worth minus £75 .

So if you really want to see an end to suffering, exploitation and war, then support me in my

efforts to end the national debt, write off all personal debt and introduce interest and debt-freecurrency. With the simple stroke of a pen, we would not just end war, poverty, pollution,

starvation and exploitation but also bring to an end the causes of these blights on humanity .

Any other measure would be a betrayal of future generations to a life of making the

international bankers richer and yet more powerful.

Peace for our timeBecause peace is not rocket science

The whole corrupt nature of the current system was recently

demonstrated to me in the case of Bae Systems, the Britisharms producer, which paid hush money of around £286 million

to avoid prosecution in open court. For what? We will never

know. In no other area has the decay of the rule of law been

so obvious than in the case of the illegal wars this country

continues to fight in Afghanistan and Iraq.

The last decade has shown that wars are fought for the

benefit of the military-industrial complex, not for the benefit of

our security, which has actually been eroded by the best

efforts of armies, intelligence services and aggressive worldleaders in their war on terror. Take for example the wars in

Afghanistan and Iraq, predicated on the need to defeat Saddam

Hussein and Al Qaeda yet both had been created through CIA

funding. That’s right, the two biggest threats to our security of the

last 20 years were both created by shadowy intelligence services

supposedly tasked with protecting us.

No other issue more clearly demonstrates the break down of the

contract between the government and the people. When 2 million

people marched to stop the war they were totally ignored byministers who thought they knew better. This one event combined

with the government reaction to it more than any other

demonstrates that ministers in the Cabinet will do the bidding of

their banking masters, no matter how many voters tell them it’s

wrong. These ministers continue to do wrong, even when it has

become absolutely clear that the policy isn’t working.

The same has happened with 9/11. Despite protracted and

intense lobbying on the part of the Truth movement, academics

and specialist organisations like Architects for 9/11 Truth, ministersand MPs have simply failed to even take possession of the

evidence.

‘9/11 changed everything’

Despite our waging war in their countries on the back of 9/11, it is clear that Iraq and

Afghanistan had nothing to do with the events of that day. Nor did Al Qaeda. The story sold

to us by the American government and swallowed whole by the mainstream has no basis in

fact.Even the 9/11 commissioners now disown their report into the events of that day. Any

cursory analysis shows that there simply isn’t any tested evidence to support the theory that

19 Muslim terrorists hijacked four planes and flew them into buildings. I’ve looked for the

evidence but there are no forensic reports, no air crash investigations, no basic fact checking.

Yet three days after the attacks, the FBI asserted that 19 Muslims were responsible. Many of

the alleged hijackers have claimed to be still alive.

Even if the official hypothesis regarding 9/11 were true, it would form no case for the whole-

scale invasions of those countries, which have been found to be illegal by a panel of Dutch

judges.

These wars pose an enormous toll on humanity. And can never be won. Not even Alexander

the Great managed to quell the whole of Afghanistan.

My painstaking research shows these wars are manufactured as part of a globalisation

agenda, creating fear and repression and diverting precious resources to the prosecution of

war. The false-flag terrorism of 9/11 is not the exception. It is the rule . I challenge my critics

in this area to examine the evidence for themselves.

9/11 was an inside jobHow can we say with such certainty that 9/11 was an inside job, carried out not by Muslim

militants but by elements of the US government not loyal to the constitution?

Well, it starts with the lack of timeliness and underfunding of the 9/11

Commission, goes through the obstruction of justice by various US

Federal Agencies and ends with the 9/11 Commission chairman and

vice chairman, Thomas Kean and Lee Hamilton, distancing

themselves from their 571 page report. In their book, Without

Precedent, Kean and Hamilton explain how the commission was “set

up to fail” from the start.

In fact, then President George W Bush did not announce any

enquiry until a staggering 419 days after the attack, when other

official enquiries, including the investigation into the Kennedy assassination were set up

within days. Any investigator will tell you time is of the essence when trying to establish the

truth of the matter.

The whole fiasco takes us through:

• an absence of evidence where there should be plenty;

• videos and photo evidence, which have been exposed as obvious fabrication ;

• an abundance of witnesses who reported hearing explosions that day, which cannot

be accounted for by the official hypothesis.

The lack of evidence

The official conspiracy theory outlined in the 9/11 Commission report is an hypothesis as

opposed to a theory because the official story is just that, a story. It is not backed at all by

any evidence which stands up to even the most cursory scrutiny because the evidence was

simply not collected in the first place or does not exist at all. The 9/11 Commission failed to

mention the collapse that day of WTC Building 7 in its final report. Or give any indication that

the commissioners even knew that this 47-storey building had fallen at virtually freefall speed

into its own footprint, that day.

The following are some glaring examples of the absence of evidence:

• Ground Zero, the scene of the biggest crime in history was not forensicated – itself a

criminal offence on the part of the authorities even though no one has ever been

charged in connection with this crime.

• No air crash investigations were carried out, even though they are required by

international law.

• There are no CCTV images of the alleged hijackers at the airports where the planes

were supposed to have taken off that day.

• Even though the Pentagon has hundreds of CCTV cameras around it, only a handful

of images of the impact exist, taken from two similar camera angles. None of the

images clearly shows the object which hits the Pentagon, although the ‘vapour trail’

from the engines is captured. It is not a vapour trail from a plane.

• Although the FBI claims to have identified those responsible, it remains an assertion

with no basis in fact. At least six of the 19 named hijackers have since been reportedto be alive.

• Federal Aviation Administration records show that two of the planes allegedly

involved, Flight11 and Flight77, did not take off that day.

• No blackboxes were recovered for any of the four flights. These are designed to

withstand high speed impacts and raging fires and have transmitters so they can

easily be found by investigators.

• Authorities have claimed that one voice cockpit recorder was recovered, from

Flight93, but it has never been subject to independent scrutiny.

Evidence which refutes the official story

As in the case of the alleged hijackers reported to be alive , evidence exists which directly

contradicts the official story. In addition, this evidence existed before the 9/11 Commission

was set up yet there is nothing in their report to show they were even aware of it, let alone

interested in examining the veracity of it or its implications. The Commission simply accepted

the FBI’s identification based on the fact that these Arab names appeared on the airline

manifests or passenger lists and in the FBI’s database of terrorist suspects.

Academics, architects and pilots have formed their own 9/11 Truth groups based on their

occupational expertise to point out many of the absurdities, impossibilities and mindless

conjecture in the official hypothesis, which do not stand up to any expert or common sense

scrutiny. In many areas the 9/11 Commission is expecting us to believe that the laws of

science were suspended on that fateful day in New York.

The following are just a few obvious observations:

• Watching the footage of the collapse of the North and South Towers, it is patently

obvious that the buildings are not being brought down purely by gravity. The Twin

Towers came down in around ten seconds each -- and WTC7 in around six seconds -- freefall speed allowing for air resistance. This means that none of the extant

storeys offered any resistance to the falling storeys above. In other words, every joist

attaching each of the 110 floors to the 236 outer columns and 47 inner columns had

to break within a fraction of a second of each other.

• No steel frame building has before or since 9/11 been brought down by fire. Airline

fuel doesn’t get hot enough to even significantly weaken treated steel, let alone melt

it.

• Expert analysis of the evidence

The BBC World Service reported the collapse of WTC 7 – and the causes of collapse – over twenty

attack just a couple of months before – referred to Building 7 being ‘pulled’, an industry term for a

According to film footage on the day, police can be seen clearing the area around WTC 7 because,

The building held offices for the CIA, the FBI, New York Mayor Rudi Giuliani’s Emergency Command

Evidence of a pre-planned controlled demolition

At 21:54 GMT on 9/11/2001 the BBC announced that WTC 7 had collapsed. It was presented asfact, not as a ‘report of’ or ‘’sources have said that’. The BBC also gave the reasons for the collapse

of a building which had yet to fall. At 22:20 GMT, some 26 minutes later WTC 7 actually collapsed.

The BBC’s response

The BBC’s first response gave no detailed explanation. Head of news at BBC World, Richard Porter

stated:

We did what we always did - sourced our reports, used qualifying words like "apparently" or "it'sreported" or "we're hearing" and constantly tried to check and double check the information wewere receiving.

Watch the broadcast. The reporter, Jane Standley, does not use these phrases. And how can they

be so certain in these circumstances about the cause of collapse?

In the second response, head of news at BBC World, Richard Porter stated:

there was a fairly consistent picture being painted of Building 7 in danger of collapse.

Although he quoted a CNN report as a source, in the footage in question, WTC7 has not yet

collapsed, although the presenter is clearly expecting it to. Porter does not elaborate further.

But then CNN had already reported a similar collapse – a building of about 50 storeys – which

reportedly took place at about 10:45am New York time . Phoning in from Lower Manhattan, one of the

station’s reporters, Allan Dodds Frank, gave a vivid report of a skyscraper collapse:

The leaseholder of WTC7, Larry Silverstein, told the PBS documentary America Rebuilds:

I remember getting a call from the, er, fire department commander, telling me that they were notsure they were gonna be able to contain the fire, and I said, "We've had such terrible loss of life,maybe the smartest thing to do is pull it”. And they made that decision to pull and we watched the

We know that the term 'pull it' means to bring the building down by means of explosives because in

the same documentary that Silverstein makes his ‘pull it’ comment, a cleanup worker refers to the

demolition of WTC Building 6 when he says, "...we're getting ready to pull the building six ." The term

is industry jargon for planned demolition.

In 2006, Silverstein’s PR people issued a clarification of his comments:

In the afternoon of September 11, Mr Silverstein spoke to the Fire Department Commander on siteat Seven World Trade Center. The Commander told Mr Silverstein that there were several firefighters in the building working to contain the fires. Mr Silverstein expressed his view that themost important thing was to protect the safety of those firefighters, including, if necessary, to havethem withdraw from the building.

The insurmountable problem with this explanation of Silverstein's statement is that there were no

firefighters inside WTC 7.

Dr. Shyam Sunder, of the National Institutes of Standards and Technology (NIST), which investigated

the collapse of WTC 7, is quoted in Popular Mechanics ( 9/11: Debunking the Myths, March, 2005 ) as

saying:

There was no firefighting in WTC 7.

It has also emerged that WTC7 was reinforced with extra steel in the early 1990s, making anything

other than some form of induced demolition being the cause of the complete collapse even less

The authorities have refused to release another CCTV image of the four men allegedly taken

at 08:26 that morning at Kings Cross Thameslink station (which the authorities initially

claimed was taken at ‘Kings Cross station’, normally taken to mean the Mainline station,

several minutes walk away). If the men really did use the transport network to take them to

the scenes of the bombings, there should be an abundance of CCTV images tracking them

across the transport network.

The implications of false-flag terrorism

Now consider the consequences of allowing shadowy forces to rule the world through

violence which can be manufactured any time -- perverting each and every truth-- in the

interest of the power elite at the expense of the innocent.

It is of course just an extra-ordinary co-incidence that the British Consulate and the

headquarters of HSBC Bank were bombed in Istanbul on 20 November 2003, the day the

peace movement had dominated a visit by then President George Bush to Tony Blair’s home

constituency of Sedgefield. Just six months after the invasion of Iraq, the people’s vehement

opposition to that war was about to dominate newspaper headlines, an enormous

embarrassment to Blair and Bush and the New World Order.

At the time, many questioned Al Qaeda’s ability to source bomb making materials and evade

security controls in a country with such powerful and pervasive security forces.

Just a co-incidence, right?

In recent weeks, prosecutors in Turkey have arrested 35 ex-military figures on suspicion of involvement in the attacks as part of Operation Sledgehammer, a plan formulated by senior

military figures to destabilise the country and trigger a military coup. The plot is also said to

have involved plans to provoke Greece into shooting down a Turkish fighter jet. The Turkish

military is part of Nato (see Operation Gladio – above).

There is no tested evidence to show that the planet is significantly heating

Ten myths about global warming exposedMYTH 1: Global temperatures are rising at a rapid, unprecedented rate.

FACT:Accurate satellite, balloon and mountain top observations made over the last three decades have notshown any significant change in the long term rate of increase in global temperatures. Significant changes in climate have continually occurred throughoutgeologic time. MYTH 3: Human produced carbon dioxide has increased over the last 100 years, adding to the Greenhouse

FACT:There is no proof that CO 2 is the main driver of global warming. As measured in ice cores dated over manythousands of years, CO 2 levels move up and down AFTER the temperature has done so, and thus are the RESULTOF, NOT THE CAUSE of warming. Geological field work in recent sediments confirms this causal relationship.

MYTH 4: CO2 is the most common greenhouse gas.

FACT:Greenhouse gases form about 3 % of the atmosphere by volume. Although CO 2 is the most prevalentgreenhouse gas, in total it constitutes about 0.037% of the atmosphere.

MYTH 5: Computer models verify that CO 2 increases will cause significant global warming.

FACT:Computer models can be made to “verify” anything by changing some of the 5million input parameters or any of a multitude of negative and positive feedbacks in theprogram used. They do not “prove” anything.

led to poor-quality produce. (Much of the ‘fresh’ produce sold to us today has only twenty

percent of the nutrients fresh food had thirty years ago).

Yet one form of bio fuel is practical. It’s called hemp, better known as cannabis. Like trees, it

can help balance the levels of CO 2 in the atmosphere. But it only takes four months to grow.

It also returns nitrogen to the soil, vital for the growth of other crops and needs no pesticide or

fertiliser. Because hemp grows like a weed it can largely be produced without eating into land

already used to grow crops.

Because of laws outlawing cannabis, hemp cultivation in the United Kingdom, is licensed by

the Home Office under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. Unless you are growing on the scale of

agri-business, you are very unlikely to get a license. This only serves to restrict supply and

therefore push up the price of hemp under the laws of supply and demand.

It is also a rich source of perfectly balanced nutrition for everyone on the planet: 33% protein, vital to muscle strength

and repair; rich in Omega 3,6 and 9, vital to cell repair and

good mental health.

As it grows just about everywhere people live, we have to

wonder why 800million people on the planet are left to starve

and 75 million of them left to die every year from hunger and malnutrition, when they could be

feeding themselves with hemp.

and resins required to make the wooden ships seaworthy. As industrialisation took over, hemp oil wasused to grease machines. In fact, most paints, resins, shellacs, and varnishes used to be made out of hemp and linseed oils.

• As feral or wild hemp yields 300 gallons of oil an acre -- far more than from canola or rape – it is a muchmore feasible and economic bio-fuel. Because itgrows wild, it does not take up land needed to

maintain the food supply.• When mixed with lime, hemp hurds – the leftover bits

after all the goodness and fibre has been extracted –petrify into ‘hempcrete’, a building material six timeslighter and much more durable than concrete.

• Construction products such as medium density fibreboard, oriented strand board, and even beams, studsand posts could be made out of hemp. Because of hemp's long fibres, the products will be stronger and/or lighter than those madefrom wood.

• Hemp will yield 3-8 dry tons of fibre per acre, four times what an average forest can yield. It cantherefore displace wood fibre, saving forests for watershed, wildlife habitat, recreation and oxygenproduction and carbon sequestration.

• Because of its low lignin content, hemp can be pulped using fewer chemicals than with wood. Itsnatural brightness can obviate the need to use chlorine bleach -- chlorine dioxide – a toxic byproduct of the paper industry and a major cause of polluted rivers.

• Hemp can be made into fine quality paper. The long fibres in hemp allow such paper to be recycledseveral times more than wood-based paper. Paper made from hemp fibre is preferred for biblesbecause it lasts a very long time and doesn't yellow.

• Hemp grows well in a variety of climates and soil types. It is naturallyresistant to most pests, precluding the need for pesticides. It growstightly spaced, out-competing any weeds, so herbicides are notnecessary. It also leaves a field weed-free and the soil enriched withnitrogen increasing yields from subsequent crops .

• Hemp can be made in to a variety of high quality fabrics. Garmentsmade of at least one-half hemp block the sun's UV rays more effectivelythan garments made from other fabrics. Hemp fabric is alsothermodynamic: it keeps you cool in the heat and warm in the cold.

• Hemp fibres are longer, stronger, more absorbent and more mildew-resistant than cotton.

• Hemp can displace cotton which is usually grown with massive amounts of chemicalsharmful to people and the environment. 50% of all the world's pesticides are sprayed oncotton.

• Hemp oil is a proven sun-block cream, allowing the sun’s healthy rays through andscreening out the damaging UV light.

Of course, some have claimed that hemp

should remain banned because it also

provides cannabis which is smoked for its

euphoria-inducing THC.

Dr David Kelly, could not have committed suicide . Despite

this and other well-founded reasons to believe he was

assassinated , there has never been a formal inquest into

his death under the rules of evidence, the normal

Recently, the European Court of human rights ruled that police powers to randomly stop and

search any individual were in breach of the European Convention yet the government has

simply chosen to ignore it. In other words, ministers are telling police to break the law and

collect private information on any individual.

By the government’s own figures, stop and search has done little to prevent terrorism and

much to invade the privacy of the innocent.

A Dutch panel of judges recently found that the war in Iraq was illegal.

Judges are now hearing criminal cases without juries.

Since January 2007, when the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006 came into force,

ministers can amend any parliamentary legislation without consulting MPs .

To many, it is clear that the authorities are the real criminals, not just because they have

prosecuted an illegal war or become involved in covering up torture but also because theyhave betrayed the country by trying to give sovereignty to the European Union under the

Lisbon Treaty. The 1689 Declaration of Rights, the nearest thing we have to a constitution,

makes it an offence to undermine our sovereignty, sedition, or give it to a foreign power,

treason. Former policeman Albert Burgess has spent two years putting his case together

against a variety of politicians and has recently got one constabulary to formally take

possession of his evidence.

It is therefore clear that draconian authority, petty bureaucracy and corporate rights are

replacing the rule of law, taking away any protection of the rights of the common man.I will be relying on another of our constitutional documents, Magna Carta, first signed in 1215,

and its guarantee of Common Law rights -- particularly in the case of a corrupt and

treasonous government:

The Law of the land is the Common Law. It will be used to return the right of use

of the land so those who want to can grow crops and feed themselves, freeing

them of their reliance on the ever more indebted and exploitative system. And I

will be using the election campaign to show the electorate other ways of avoiding

authority’s incessant demands.

You may be surprised to find, for example, that you are under no compulsion to

pay your mortgage though as your mortgage is not a contract. This is partly

because the bank only created the money you borrowed when you signed on thedotted line.

Although you signed ‘an agreement’, the bank did not. Since your ‘agreement’ or

‘contract’ has no other party, you have only agreed with yourself that you will pay

the mortgage. If you change your mind and no longer consent to pay the bank

then the bank has no recourse to the courts or to your property.

So why do we read about so many homes being repossessed? Because your solicitor does

not tell you about these rights. His first duty is to the Law Society and its rules, not to his

clients. In turn, the judge will not inform you of these rights – instead you consent to go

through the trial process -- you consent by not saying ‘no’. However, the court ‘order’ or ruling

which the judge produces does not bear his name or his signature. That’s right: eviction

notices are not signed by the judge. As they are not signed, they have no validity (unless you

consent by your silence to be removed from your home).

Your bond

When you are born, the government raises a bond to the value of your estimated lifetime’s

value as a productive worker. As with any loan, the monetary value of the bond is lifted out of

thin air, more numbers in accounts on computer screens therefore more money -- or rather

more debt – in society. Because you have not claimed your bond, the government takes it as

salvaged goods, uses it as collateral for the national debt and trades with it on the bond

markets.

However, you may be surprised you can use this account to pay off your mortgage and pay

your taxes. Or get off those irritating but expensive parking and speeding fines.

Like many, I am appalled by what is done in the name of religion: torture,

suicide bombings and the wholesale repression of women.

Like many, I believe it must be kept out of politics.

Unlike many, I want to see the spiritual values of Truth, Honour and

Integity at the heart of political life.

True spirituality is about love and love of truth in particular, about individual responsibility for

our actions, not pandering to groupthink . It is the

key to better understanding ourselves and

therefore changing the world for the better. It is a

battle for hearts and minds, in which every voter

has to answer to their conscience before putting a

cross in the box.

Given the frightening state of the world when you

know the truth, it would be easy to lose hope.

When we have needed inspiration and clear

leadership, the political class has either shied away from even discussing higher values like

love, or simply abandoning the pursuit of them, in the case of truth, justice, honour and

integrity.

Yet the very lack of these key spiritual values in our leaders has led to: illegal wars in the

Middle East costing millions of lives; seen depleted uranium, white phosphorous and cluster

bombs maiming and killing civilians; information being obtained under torture -- abhorrent

crimes against humanity, in which MPs and ministers are complicit.

If however cabinet ministers had let ancient wisdom like ‘love your neighbour as yourself’ or

‘do as you would be done by’– known as the Golden Rule by sages across the millennia --

guide them then they would never have allowed these atrocities to have been committed. I

will do all within my power to ensure they are never repeated, relying on this guiding ethic of

the Common Law.

I urge individuals to establish these truths for themselves then stand up for that truth rather

than hide behind the groupthink of corporate culture, whether private or public, secular or

non-secular. Laws, religions and committees have all become methods of conning us that

someone, somewhere else is responsible .

As a practitioner of Chinese medicine and acupuncture, I know that this all works on a day-to-

day level. Spiritual dis-ease stems from the demands of modern life – the stress of making

ends meet in a debt economy means we are no longer in harmony with the rhythms of God’s

creation – then manifests as weakness and sickness in the human body. I therefore heal

holistically, treating both body and spirit.

Quantum physics is slowly establishing the

science behind this and other ancient wisdom.Research by alternative scientists like Lynne

McTaggart, Lloyd Pye, Dan Winter and Len

Horowitz has laid out the evidence proving the

power of meditation and prayer -- call it

positive thought or better still, love – and the

interconnectedness of everything. Films like The Secret and What the Bleep have shown

ways we can harness this power.

At the same time, evidence from a variety of sources points to 2012 being a time of enormous

change for humanity and the world we live in, perhaps the End Times spoken of by manycultures. In this context, scientists are predicting that within the term of this coming

parliament -- around September 2012 -- the earth will be hit by an enormous solar flare which

may knock out all the electricity on the planet . Some are even predicting first contact with an

extra-terrestrial race. Yet, none of the other parties have shown any interest in contingeny

planning for what might be the biggest change humanity has ever witnessed.

this year created out of the national debt?

I want to bring to an end the Us and Them division which has allowed shadowy rulers to takeaway our rights. I will share my evidence and analysis of the world with the other candidates

and the mainstream party leaders. I will challenge them on both a local and national level to

view of the world is right:

the shadowy forces of international banking, multi-national pharmaceutical
