ISE 232L: Manufacturing Processes Spring 2011
What: A final lab project trade show is organized to give the students an opportunity to explain their ideas and to give a demo of their functional prototypes. When: Friday (April 29th 2011), 3:30~4:20pm. Where: KAP-147 You are cordially invited to see the students’ hard work for the whole semester! Nine innovative products will be on display. A brief description of each product is attached for your information.
Team 1: Shake and Sip
By: Taylor Ceithaml, Michael Magee, Hannah McGroder
Goal: Develop a product that is able to cool a beverage quickly without watering it down by the use of ice.

Team 2: Shoe Mouse
By: Courtney Cheng, Michael Hintlian, Michael Tran
Goal: Turn leg motion into mouse curser movement and allow the user to keep their hands on the keyboard while moving the mouse cursor when needed.

Team 3: Emergency Preparedness Helmet (EPH) By: Hasancan Ozman, Eli Levi, Christophe Kolandjian Goal: Eliminate unnecessary earthquake and mining related injuries and deaths—develop a kit that provides two days of emergency materials and protects the head.

Team 4: LED Light Strip – The Light in Your Bag
By: Alyssa Adisasmita, Kenneth Ho, Nathalie Goh‐Livorness
Goal: Provide light to a bag by attaching LED light strip powered by batteries to the side of bag.

Team 5: Erase-All: By: Kegan Vosteen, Christopher Cabillo, Nick Morshed, Jeanmarie Steele Goal: Clean dry-erase whiteboards more efficiently and effectively – develop a dual surfaced whiteboard eraser with a built in solution dispenser.

Team 6: Lens Case Timer By: Ahmed Asuwaidi, Yousef Alnafisi, and Rohit Dayalani
Goal: Reduce the risk of wearing expired lenses by implementing a countdown timer to the lens case a to remind the user when to change his/her lenses.

Team 7: Gravity-Filtered Water Bottle 29 April 2011 Devon Brown, Fabian Friedmann, Thomas Turansky Goal: Create a water bottle that uses a gravity/reservoir filtration system to improve the quality and taste of water.
