Similar to acceptance and cancellation rate requirements, the performance is your completed trips out of the total number of trips received. You will not be penalised for any trips voluntarily cancelled by the customer – this does not include trips in which customers cancel at the request of the drivers.

Points

Each trip you complete on the GOJEK platform earns you points! These can be collected and will automatically be cashed out for more earnings, as long as you meet the minimum performance requirements.

Minimum Hourly Earnings (MHEs)

You can earn a minimum amount for certain hours – peak and non-peak – as long as you remain online and meet the performance requirements.

If the total of your fares (after service fee deductions) and point-related earnings are less than the MHEs, we will credit your Wallet to match the difference.

5-STAR RATINGS: HERE’S HOW1. Ask customers if they have a preferred route - some might!2. Ensure your vehicle remains clean and odourless.3. Begin and end your order on time - start only when your customer has entered the vehicle, and end it when you have arrived at the destnation.

X Splitting TripsMultiple stops are allowed on GOJEK. There is no need to ask customers to book more trips

X Sharing your accountEach GOJEK driver-partner must have their own account.

X Making pre-arranged tripsTrip should not be arranged between customers and driver-partners. This is considered fraud and may result in losing access to the GOJEK platform.

X Self-bookingBooking your own trips with a customer account is considered fraud and may result in losing access to the GOJEK platform.

X DiscriminationDiscriminating against customers or driver-partners based on race, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, age, or sexual orientation is not allowed. Doing so may result in losing access to the GOJEK platform.

X Sexual misconductGOJEK does not tolerate sexual misconduct and will cooperate with relevant authorities on investigations related to sexual misconduct.
