maintenance and access to ducts or enclosure.
Sufficient amount of valves are used in different pipe locations, allow easier repairing and
maintenance of system
Water tank situated on rooftop level, allowing gravity force to channel water to entire building
without needing support to restore

Any conductor or apparatus that is exposed to weather, water, corrosion under heating
or used in inflammable surroundings or in an explosive atmosphere shall be
constructed or protected in such as manner as to prevent danger
Regulation 16 : Switch fuse Switch , Circuit Breaker, Contractor, Fuse, etc.
3) Any fuse or Circuit breaker shall be :
(a) Constructed and arranged in such a manner so as to break the current when it
exceeds a given value for such as sufficient time to prevent danger
(b) Constructed guarded or placed in a manner as to prevent danger or overheating
arcing or from the scattering of hot metal or other substances or enclosure

No water pipe, stack pipe or down spout to be used for conveying surface water from any
premises shall be used or permitted to serve or to act as ventilating shaft to any drain or
sewer
Separation of pipe usage between soil waste and ventilating pipe to ensure efficiency and
sanitary of building. It also ensure the safety from the health threat to occupant

All roof of building shall be constructed as to drain effectively to suitable and sufficient
channels, gutter, chutes, or thoughts which shall be provided in accordance with the
requirements of these by laws for receiving and conveying all water which may fall on and
off from the roof.
