SurveyMonkey is a web survey[5] development cloud based (SaaS) company, founded in 1999 by Ryan Finley.

I have used surveymonkey.com to gather my audience feedback because it is convenient and accessible for my target audience as the age bracket 13-18 practically use the internet in their day-to-day lives. It will also be easier to collect the responses and the data.

front cover has the average of 3.23 which means they have rated it

between Good and Excellent.
