1. Do not place or drop this product into water or other liquids. It is not for immersion or for use in the shower. 2. Do not reach for a charger or device that has fallen into water. Unplug immediately.3. Do not place this product or plug in an area where it can fall or be pulled in to a tub or sink.

To reduce the risk of burns, electrocu-tion, fire, or injury to persons:

Caring for your Riiviva

To keep your Riiviva microderm in optimal condition and to maintain the warranty, care for it as follows:

• Do not use this product without a filter in the canister • Do not immerse in water or any form of liquid • Do not use with any liquids or creams • Do not drop your diamond tips or rub them together • Do not attempt to open your device for any reason • Do not share your diamond tips with other people • Do not use parts or attachments not recommended by the manufacturer

We recommend that you start with low suction and the FINE diamond tip and work your way up in suction levels and abrasion levels. We always recommend common sense when applying pressure on to your skin. After all, you do control the force of pressure applied, the vacuum level and the abrasive tip to use on the tool.

If you are under a physicians’ care for ANY skin condition, or if you have or think you may have a skin condition, please consult your physician before use. Microdermabrasion should not be administered if you have:

• Skin Cancer • Herpes outbreak (active cold sore) • Active rosacea • Unstable diabetes or autoimmune system • Sunburn or skin rash • Open wounds or lesions • Cystic or pustular acne • Warts, Eczema, or Dermatitis • Taking oral blood thinners or anti-coagulates • Recent cosmetic surgery or procedure (consult your doctor) • Vascular lesions • Pregnant (consult with your doctor) • Have used Accutane within 1 year • Have used Retina A, Retinol products, or chemical peels within 7 days

A patch test is always recommended before use.

Riiviva Microderm

Microdermabrasion is an effective professional treatment for achieving soft, smooth, healthy skin. Treatments can be performed on the face, neck, chest, hands, stomach, back, buttocks, legs and feet. It is non-invasive, pain-free and requires no down time. To Use Prior to the first use, charge your Riiviva for 24 hours.

• Use Riiviva Cleanser Gel to clean the skin. Dry it thoroughly. • Using the opposite end of your tweezers, twist and remove filter canister. Insert filter, taking care to align it so that it sits evenly on the tray at the bottom of the canister. Replace canister. • Do not use without a filter in the canister. • Push the on/off button to begin treatment on the lowest suction level. • Select desired vacuum setting (low, medium, high). • Hold the skin tight with one hand and gently glide the diamond tip away in the opposite direction. • Keep the diamond tip flush with the surface of the skin to ensure proper suction. • Limit the number of strokes over the same part of the skin to 2-4 passes until your skin becomes used to the treatment. • Do not hold the diamond tip in one spot while suction is on.

Features

Power | Vacuum Setting Control

The vacuum setting determines the amount of pressure between the skin and the diamond tip. Keep the diamond tip flush with your skin to ensure proper suction. Never use suction close to the eyes or genitalia.

Charging

Your Riiviva is rechargeable with the included wall charger. A fully charged Riiviva gives 25-35 minutes of use (or approximately 5-7 five minute treatments).

Allow approximately 8 hours for a full charge (although we recommend charging the device for 24 hours the first time you receive it).

Your Riiviva can also be used while plugged in to the wall.

• OFF – No suction. No LED light on. • LOW – Low suction. One LED light on. • MED – Medium suction. Two LED lights on. • HIGH – High suction. All three LED lights on.

Filter Canister and FilterRemoval

The butt-end of your tweezers is the key to opening the filter canister. Place the tweezer in to the key hole and gently twist counter clockwise to remove.

Use your tweezers to reach in to the canister and remove the old filter and use your tweezers to place a new filter in the canister.

Cleaning the Tip

Thoroughly dry the tip before replacing on the device.

Remove the tip from the device before cleaning with water.

Using a small brush (old toothbrush works well) gently scrub the diamond surface with soap and warm water. We recommend using a disinfectant or anti-bacterial soap.

Post Treatment Tips

• Strict use of sunscreen is required. A broad-spectrum sunblock should be used for 2-3 days following treatment if you plan to go outside.• To boost the skin’s natural healing, apply Riiviva’s Skincare MD line of products directly after treatment for best results.• Redness of the skin is normal and will fade after your treatment. If redness or irritation persist, lower the frequency of use, the vacuum suction setting, and use the FINE diamond tip.• Do not use any other method of mechanical or chemical exfoliation for 3 days.• Do not undergo electrolysis, facial waxing or use depilatories within 3 days of a microdermabrasion treatment.

Filter Canister and FilterRemoval

The butt-end of your tweezers is the key to opening the filter canister. Place the tweezer in to the key hole and twist counter clcokwise gently to remove.

Use your tweezers to reach in to the canister and remove the old filter and use your tweezers to place a new filter in the canister.

To keep your Riiviva device in great working condition, we have a few tips for you.

• Do not use abrasive chemicals or cleansers to scrub or clean the device.

• Do not clean the diamond tips or cellulite heads with water while still on the device.

• Use a warm damp cloth to gently clean the tool, the canister and attachments.

•Following a gentle wipe down, dry thoroughly.

•Do not drop the device. It will crack and break.

•Replace filters after each treatment for optimal suction and cleanliness.

•Store it in the box or travel bag when not in use to prevent damage.

• Remove the LIFT head from the device before cleaning with water.

• Using a small brush (old tooth-brush works well) gently scrub thestainless steel balls or diamond surface with soap and warm water. We recommend using a disinfectant or anti-bacterial soap.

• Thoroughly dry the LIFT head before replacing on the device.

• Following cellulite treatments, expect to see red lines on the skin from the steel balls. This redness will fade away after the treatment. The redness is a sign that tissue compression is working.
