Founded in 2005, Beta Solutions is a specialist in compressors, filtration, separation and measurement systems for compressed air, compressed gas and compressed natural gas. We provide chillers (cooling water aggregates) for industrial applications.

Beta Solutions offers high quality filtration and treatment systems for compressed air, process application, vacuum applications and niche markets such as ammonia and refrigerant gas applications, bio-gas upgrading and nitrogen generation packages (membrane, PSA, TSA and VPSA).

We specialize in the supply of customized PED 97/23/EC and ASME VIII div. 1 code vessels with U stamp and national board registration, PD5500, stoomwezen and AD merkblader and offer inspections to DNV, BV, Germanischer Loyd and Rina.

Beta Solutions has a multi-disciplinary team of scientists and engineers committed to the technical support of our products. Providing pro-active practical support in all areas. The aim is to improve economy of filter use and to improve product yield and quality. We understand the practical needs within the process. If system performance is found to be out of specification, or showing deviation from the norm, you can count on active support on-site to identify and resolve problems.

We offer a full range of original or alternative filter elements that perform “equal to or better” than the original manufacturers elements, in accordance with ISO8573-1:2010 (E) and ISO12500-1:2007. We provide filters for FST, Walker Filtration, Zander (Parker), Pall, Sartorius, Millipore, Domnick Hunter (Parker), SPX and Deltech, Ultrafilter (Donaldson), Kaeser, Atlascopco, Balston (Parker), Bea Filtri, Compair (Gardner Denver), Becker pumps, CTA, Dollinger (SPX), Edwards, Finite (Parker), Gardner Denver, Gemoc, Hankinson (SPX), Hiross (Parker), HPC, Hydrovane, Ingersoll Rand, Lacy Hubert, Mattei, Mils, MTA, Norgren, pneumatic products and many other filter brands.

We provide assistance with the measurement and control of your technical gases using a full range of Wobbe Index Calorific value, IR and Vortex or Rota flow meters. In addition, we design and manufacture filtration, gas generation and process cooling skids and are also specialized in the supply of process cooling water aggregates (chillers).

Compressed air purity standard, compressed air filter testing, pressure equipment directive, breathing air standards or European pharmacopoe-ia. bacterial challenge test according to the HIMA/ASTM F 838-05 guidelines.

The bio-safety of all materials used in the manufacture of our filter cartridges is assured by FDA approval, USP Class VI and meets or exceeds the latest EC Directives for Food Contact.

Online support, service & commissioning

Our European Service Department offers an intensive service program for all our products, especially for desiccant compressed air dryers, breathing air generators, technical gas generators and filtration units. Our company offers an extensive service program for compressors and a wide range of refrigerant applications such as refrigerant dryers and cooling water aggregates.

Beta Solutions is a specialist in the development of customized technical gas installations, containing compressed air or technical gas compres-sors, cooling water aggregates (chillers), gas mixing units, filtration equipment, gas analyzing systems and the installation and commissioning of the overall system.

We have a proven record of satisfied customers in Europe and Africa especially for high pressure and low pressure gas systems from 1 barg up to 1000 barg. Beta Solutions also specialize in the supply of gas generation systems that are provided as a plug and play SKID, built on metal frame with compressor, gas generator, filtration and drying systems.

We also extended our knowledge in the field of Bio-gas treatment systems for Bio-gas upgrading applications.
