An innovative technique: Meso-needling

The application of Meso-needling

1. Carefull disinfect the skin with chlorhexidine with at least 2 rinsin s

2. Apply the NCTF solution on a small patch using a syringe, and then use the

roller on it. Treat the face, with one area at a time. The entire face istreated with articular em hasis on the crow’s-feet the naso-labial foldsand the oval of the face.

3. Move the roller with multi-directional movements until an erythemaa ears. The ressure should be sli htl lower over areas with bon

prominences and on the forehead in order to avoid bleeding.

4. Massage using a glove (preferably sterile) to spread the product evenlyand help it penetrate

5. Apply a sterile healing product based on hyaluronic acid on the skin once

the entire NCTF solution is absorbed



Recommendations and tips

-> One 3ml-vial for one face – 2 vials for face, neck and decolleté

> It is possible to carry out a peeling 1 week before the 1st meso-needling session, to refine

the epidermis.Do not combine peeling and meso-needling in a single session

> Local anaesthesia:It is most comfortable for the patient if an anaesthetic cream such as EMLA is appliedbeforehand, or if the first pass of the roller is extremely light and uses 2% non-adrenalisedLidocaine. Let it take effect for 8-10 min before beginning the meso-needling.

> Recommend an SPF50+ screen for the entire duration of the treatment

> The inner side of the arms can also be treated. Do not apply on the hands.
