description
L.A. District Attorney Steve Cooley says Roman Polanski is “running out of options to avoid extradition” and his desire to have sealed testimony in his 33-year-old rape case opened is “entirely meritless.” The D.A. filed a motion to stop Polanski's lawyers from unsealing testimony by Roger Gunson, the original prosecutor in the case, who is being treated for cancer.
