HELP! For Fall Festival, we need hay bales, golf carts, tables, tents, and chairs. If you know of a group or company that can lend us these items for Fall Festival, please e-mail Bridgette Morehead at bcooper@cooperfirm.com.

If you have not signed up yet as a volunteer for Fall Festival, please e-mail Jennifer Nutgrass at jnutgrass@gmail.com. Reminder that every family is required to work 4 hours on Fall Festival. Additionally, we need people to help set up on Friday from 8:00-4:00, work Granny’s Attic on Friday from 8:00 – 12:00, set up on Saturday morning or meet vendors from 5:00-9:00 and tear down Saturday night from 5:00-7:00. All volunteers who work these extra times will get DOUBLE HOURS toward required volunteer hours for each hour worked.

This is one of largest fundraisers at Fall Festival. If you have any business contacts that would donate items to our silent auction, please contact Julie Becker at unrulyjulie@mac.com or Amanda Bone at amanda.bone@hcbe.net. If you have any time shares that you could donate, have connections with hotel chain or airlines, or have any ideas about getaway vacations, please contact Julie. Vacation packages are one of the top sellers. Finally, if you have any tickets for sporting events or access to reduced tickets for sporting events, please contact Julie or Amanda.

PLEASE DONATE OLD, NEW OR COLLECTIBLE ITEMS TO GRANNY’S ATTIC. Granny’s attic is the largest rummage sale in Warner Robins and also one of the largest moneymakers for Fall Festival. The Smiths would like volunteers to help sort and price items – here’s your chance to run a store! Also, if you have large items that need to be picked up, contact Bill or Maria Smith. 478-256-2958 (Bill) or 478-550-4965. Drop off times are from 8:00-12:00:

August 17-20; September 7, 17, 21, 24; October 5, 8, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21.

If you own a business or know someone who does own a business and wants to advertise and have a booth space at Fall Festival, please contact Marianne Stein at mstein@cooperfirm.com. Sponsors pay for the rides, stages, etc. for Fall Festival. Sponsors can bring products like vehicles or coupons for free services, etc. to market their business.

Have a treasured gift someone gave you that you just can’t use and can’t bear to throw away? A new item that you wish you hadn’t bought and are hiding in the back of the closet? Consider donating it to Bingo. If you have any new items that can be Bingo prizes, start collecting them to deliver to the school in October.
