3. To create a new folder right click on window showing the contents of the

“My document” folder. Select “New” -> “ Folder”.

5. For other operations on the folder like deleting a folder, renaming folder, right click on the folder. A list of options pops up. Click on the desired option. The same is applicable for file operations also.

6. Sometimes a file is too large to store it in a floppy. You can reduce the size of the files (Zip a file) by using compression softwares like “Winzip”. To zip a file right click on the file and click “Winzip” - “Add to filename .Zip”

7. To store the file in a floppy, right click on the “filename. zip” file and click “Send To”-> “Floppy ( A: )”
