Where are Volcanoes found around the world?
Main Task1. Add onto your world map the location of volcanoes
round the world. Colour the volcanoes in red.
2. Using the index in an back of your atlas, find and label the following volcanoes: Mt St Helens, Mt Fuji, Mt Pinatubo and Krakatoa.
3. Title your map: A map to show the global location of
volcanoes.
Aspire task: Write a description comparing the location of volcanoes to the location of plate margins. HINT: Put your map next to the tectonic plates map.
