Fighting FitRecovery Time
One way of measuring fitness, especially stamina is to measure the recovery time of a person after an activity. We can do this in 2 ways: 1. Look at a person's heart
rate after an activity and see how long it takes to come back to normal
2. Look at a person's breathing rate after an activity and see how long it takes to come back to normal
Fighting FitRecovery Time Experiment
We're going to look at our heart rate to look at our own recovery times:
1. Get into pairs
2. Measure your pulse for 1 minute.
3. Step up and down for a maximum of 3 minutes
4. After this every 1 minute record your pulse until you have 2 readings which are the same
5. While you are measuring person 2 does the stepping
