In a nutshell
• In June 2014 Ballou PR was engaged to raise awareness for the launch of the iPad stylus Pencil in Germany and France while also building the reputation of FiftyThree in Europe.
• Besides distributing and pitching a launch press release to French and German tech, business, design and lifestyle media Ballou PR organized exclusive interviews for Georg Petschnigg, CEO and co-‐founder of FiftyThree, with Wall Street Journal Deutschland and dpa. Further, LeFigaro interviewed Audrey Louchart, designer at FiftyThree, for the launch.
• Ballou PR also organized interviews with RTL and Venture Village during Tech Open Air in Berlin.
• To pre-‐pitch the new Mix platform to German media and use the buzz around IFA 2014 in Berlin, Ballou PR secured on the spot interviews with Associated Press, CURVED, FluxFM, Geektalk, MacLife and several YouTube channels. In addition Ballou PR organized IFA livestream interviews for FiftyThree CEO and co-‐founder Georg Petschnigg with GIGA and Mobilegeeks.
• To increase the reputation of FiftyThree in Europe, Ballou PR secured a speaker slot for Georg Petschnigg at Pioneers Festival 2014 in Vienna.
• Coverage included the whole bandwidth of lifestyle and national media (AFP, DIE WELT, Le Figaro, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Gala…) to leading tech outlets (Chip, Computerbild, Gizmodo, Heise, Wall Street Journal…).
