Bulletin Guidelines

To insure your information makes it into the bulletin date of your choice please be advised:

1. Your information needs to be written or typed and to the parish office no later than 4 pm Thursdays or emailed to [email protected] no later than 5 pm Fridays. Calling your information into the office or emailing it to one of the office staff will not guarantee that it will get to me in a timely manner and into the bulletin. 2. Monday, the bulletin is complete and is being proofed. Adding things at that time, while not impossible, are not encouraging so avoid this if at all possible. The bulletin is sent to the publisher by the end of the day on Monday. 3. Space in the bulletin is always a challenge. Even though you have until Friday through the email address, the sooner you get your announcement in the better. If space is at a premium, any given week, editing may happen to fit things in. Thank you for your cooperation. Pam Walton
