The plans took 29 sheets to complete including full Grading

and Drainage Plans, Utility Plans, Landscaping Plans, Lighting

Plans, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control, Traffic Circulation,

County Road Plans and new traffic signal, Construction

Fieldstone has acquired the fully approved site and is

building the apartments to add to their impressive portfolio.

Guzzo Construction is currently building the first commercial

pad site.
