Field Sales/Key Account Manager Nottingham - Covering the UK Omega Red Group, is a specialist installation, testing and maintenance contractor, within height safety and the electrical earthing and lightning protection market. Operating nationally, the business focuses on providing top quality safety-critical services for the protection of people, buildings and infrastructure. We are now looking to appoint a Field Sales/Key Account Manager to work nationwide as part of our Sales Team. Possessing a strong sales background you will be required to quickly acquire and maintain a thorough knowledge of Lightning Protection and Height Safety whilst understanding our market, clients and objectives. You will be successful in servicing and upselling existing accounts whilst proactively sourcing new target work, in conjunction with the internal Key Accounts Coordinator. You will be required to manage and develop the team of Account Managers so effective leadership skills are essential. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to performance management, PDRs, coaching and training and development. Operating within this fast-paced environment you will personally retain, secure and improve sales whilst being responsible for the Account Managers to succeed in reaching the required enquiries, orders, customer visits and field sales. Reporting to the Managing Director you will provide accurate information on competitors’ services, pricing policies and activities within the UK market at a senior level. To succeed, you will have natural gravitas and be able to operate at all levels. You will also be required to travel in order to fulfil the role. A full job description is available on request. We are now looking to appoint a Field Sales/Key Account Manager to work nationwide as part of our Sales Team.
