VACANCY Field Engineer PT. Ecosains Hayati main business is selling variety laboratories equipment for customer around Indonesia’s area. Base and in order to maintain its commitment to exceed customer’s expectation a Field Engineer is required to join our highly motivated and successful team to reach satisfaction and value added selling method. You will play a fundamental role, being the first point of contact, in supporting servicing by resolving engineering and many problem issues and driving quality and efficiency in the servicing area. Main responsibilities of the job: Liaising closely all our team member and customer to ensure products quality and problem solving that customer’s face. Work closely with our principal’s service team to overcome every problem that will be faced by end user. Use manufacturing, quality, service and other data to identify and address issues proactively identifying and addressing the root cause. Critical Competencies: Broad based engineering skills with the ability to analyse manufacturing issues across hardware, software, firmware and electronics The ability to thrive in a high pressure environment Computer literate with good IT skills including Microsoft Office Able to write and speak in English Profile: Ability to manage own workload prioritising tasks based on customer and company needs Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the business Good team working skills A self-starter with the ability to identify and drive through required improvements If you feel you can meet the above requirements, please contact e-mail to [email protected].
