Considering that much of the city was undeveloped desert not too long ago, it should be no surprise that everything in Las Vegas seems new. Schools, shopping centers, roads, parks, apartments, home rentals and community sub-divisions all have a very clean and modern feel. And as the development continues Las Vegas has emerged as a city that is constantly re-inventing itself. There are abundant housing developments to choose houses and apartments from.
