Common Points:

1st month's payment to be in advance to start the association. This fee,

as confirmed, will be exclusive of Service Tax and Out-of-Pocket

expenses (OFPs).

FIDELIA COMMUNICATION acknowledges its responsibility, during

the term of its appointment, to exercise all reasonable efforts to provide

quality professional services, and to supervise outside suppliers in order

to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the services or items

being supplied. Client is requested to proof-read and provides signed

approval of the final draft(s) of all material (such as press releases,

letters, etc.) prepared on their behalf. Final production material willnot commence without the client's written approval. By indicating

approval, the client agrees that it bears full responsibility for the

contents and accuracy of the material approved.

Confidential Information:

FIDELIA COMMUNICATION undertakes to protect the security

and confidentiality of all information gained in the course

of its work on behalf of VNS. FIDELIA COMMUNICATION

acknowledges its responsibility, both during and after the term of its

appointment, to use all reasonable efforts to preserve the

confidentiality of any proprietary information or data developed by

FIDELIA COMMUNICATION on behalf of the client or disclosedby the client to us.

1. Retention Fees 50000 Per month

2. Special Assignment Fees 50000 Per Project

(Television, Special Article, Mass Media Coverage)

3. Print article against Advt. as per newpaper rates. (No Agency fee)
