FibraHotel announces the opening of the Fiesta Americana Viaducto Aeropuerto hotel in

Mexico City with 260 full-service rooms operated by Grupo Posadas.

Mexico City, November 19th, 2019 --- FibraHotel (BMV: FIHO 12) the first real estate investment trust

specialized in hotels in Mexico announces the opening of the Fiesta Americana Viaducto Aeropuerto

hotel in Mexico City inside the Via 515 mixed use complex. The hotel with 260 full-service rooms has

modern public areas with a Los Canarios restaurant and bar, as well as meeting rooms and conference

and event space with a terrace totaling ~550m2. The hotel is designed with the latest technology with full

automation in rooms, public areas and back of the house including maintenance equipment.

Additionally, the hotel has a floor with co-working space for hotel guests and external clients. With this

opening, FibraHotel has over 2,296 rooms in operation in Mexico City.

The Fiesta Americana Viaducto Aeropuerto hotel is located inside the Via 515 mixed use project in

Mexico City on Viaducto and is the most modern full service hotel near Mexico City´s Benito Juarez

International Airport. The hotel is located near demand drivers including Palacio de los Deportes,

Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, Foro Sol, Ciudad Deportiva Magdalena Mixhuca and the Alfredo

Harp Helu stadium. The Via 515 mixed-use project has over 100,000m2 constructed on land of 15,600m2,

and its components include 12,000m2 of retail GLA, 46,000m2 of office GLA (in process), and the Fiesta

Americana hotel.

With this opening FibraHotel has finished its development cycle and its portfolio is comprised of 86

hotels with 12,560 rooms.
