Information and WarrantyFabric Information

Awning and marine grade acrylic 9 oz. fabric is standard on all umbrellas.Furniture grade fabric is NOT warranted because it is a softer fabric and stretches easily.Texoline, polyesters and other fabrics may be used but they are also not warranted.

Shipping InformationFedEx Ground and UPS are used for all smaller umbrella orders.Commerical freight line carriers are used for larger shipments including bases, unless specified by the customer.All one piece pole orders of more than three umbrellas will normally be shipped by freight line due to the length restrictions from FedEx and UPS.If customer prefers to use their own shipping company, there will be a box fee ONLY.

Return InformationAll returns require authorization by a Fiberlite representative prior to shipment.The customer is responsible for providing the umbrellas to Fiberlite to inspect and repair.If the umbrella is warranted, Fiberlite will pay for the return shipping.If the umbrella is NOT warranted, the customer will be billed for the repair and any shipping charges incurred.

WarrantyFIVE year commercial warranty on all umbrellas that have a fiberglass pole and awning/marine grade acrylic fabric.NO warranty on umbrellas with furniture grade, texoline, polyester or customer provided/requested fabric.NO warranty on logos and silk screening, aluminum crank poles and wood bottom poles.Warranty DOES NOT apply to any damages incurred from acts of God, weather related incidents, improper securing and storing of umbrellas, vandalism, misuse or neglect that may occur after purchase.It is STRONGLY recommended that umbrellas are closed in windy conditions or under inclement weather threats to minimize damage.All warranty claims are subject to prior inspection from a Fiberlite authorzied representative and must have prior approval.Contact your sales representative should any repairs be necessary.
