FIBERLIGN® Cable Storage Systems

GENERAL INFORMATIONFIBERLIGN Vertical Cable Storage Assemblies provide a method for storing ADSS or OPGW cable on wood poles, metal poles, concrete poles, and lattice towers. PLP offers two types of systems 1) Independent Crossarm and Spool System and 2) Fixed Crossarm System. Type 1 includes four basic kits can be combined into various configurations to suit your specific application. Type 2 kits have one configuration (see next page for Type 2). Cable ties (not supplied) can be used to neatly group cable and secure cable to spools or keepers if desired.

Cable Storage Type 1 – Independent Crossarm SystemThe fundamental component of each basic kit is a durable urethane storage spool that provides a smooth curved surface for proper support of the stored cable. The basic kit catalog numbers are found in the following table.
